Fusion
Welcome to our latest creation, Virtuous Fusion. It is the first fully functional, properly scaled Sense 3.0 ROM for the G2/DZ. Before going any further, it is important to note that Fusion is a different product than base Virtuous. The "Fusion" ROM will exist until Sense 3.0 has natively become available on our devices, if ever. Virtuous proper will continue to be updated and maintained as it always has been, following official HTC releases.
Fusion was made possible by the amazing work of Flemmard and Diamondback, who reverse engineered the m10 format and built an encoder/decoder. The two of them also made the specific adjustments necessary to this particular ROM's applications. It was also a collaborative effort across the DHD and G2/DZ communities. Cappychimp and I worked closely throughout the entire process, with support from numerous others. Thank you to everyone involved.

Features
Fully functional and properly scaled Sense 3.0.
Based on components from Sniper911's leaks of Rider (1.27.1010.0), Kingdom (0.81.651.0) and DZ Sense GB 2.30.405.1.
All device hardware should be fully functional, including wifi, bluetooth, camera, camcorder, etc.
Kernel 2.6.35.10 from the Gingerbread leak for G2/DZ.
Market-sourced applications (Gmail, Maps, Voice, etc) automatically installed on first boot into /data/app for easy removal.
Deodexed (as leaked) and zipaligned.
Bloatware and unnecessary applications removed.
Massive APNS list.
Installation
You must be perm rooted with and Clockwork Recovery installed (i.e. s-off).
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM, in case you change your mind or encounter issues.
Apply the zip via Clockwork Recovery. It has not been tested with any other recovery.
Expect the first boot to take anywhere from 6-10 minutes. The lengthy first boot time is due to the dexopts process and installation of /data/apps. Subsequent reboots should be significantly quicker.
After initial install, allow a few minutes for all ROM-provided applications to appear. Some are installed post-boot using package manager.
Known Issues
There are some remaining graphical glitches. Most of them are minor but feel free to report them.
Landscape mode does not work for Rosie, even with the keyboard extended.
Non-HTC widgets function but are not scaled perfectly; they may appear small and offset to the left. HTC provides plenty of awesome widgets, so I suggest using those.

P.S. I don't think landscape is coming soon, if my info is correct; DZ/G2 are the only holders of landscape rosie due to the keyboard and since HTC is bluffing on Sense 3 on our devices, there's pretty much no such thing as landscape Sense 3...other than the Flyer.

To clarify some things for everyone, TeamGalaxy Sense is a group of Dev's who were trying to port Sense to Galaxy devices. This has been partially successful. I was asked to be a part of this group for the MT4G. I accepted. The group is put together by whosdaman, and he is also our Moderator.
My ROM port, is still just my DHD-MT4G rom port. Soon though you will find that the TeamGalaxy servers will be hosting my ROMS and my Kernels. So there will be multiple download sites available.
Please don't be confused.

What exactly is this? You guys should consider putting up a description/screenshots of some sort so we know what the rom is.
So basically this is the desire port renamed and credited more...ok going to flash but what I wanted to know is, are there alternate keyboards flashable to this rom?....like the vanilla cyan board?....i dislike the default keyboard on this rom...otherwise is there an easy way to get swype back on the sense rom?...easy meaning achievable from my device?

I have figured out what causes the force close in the camera app when going to delete a photo right after taking it. The issue is the front facing camera. I applied the ffc.zip to evils Desire HD rom to try to get the front camera working and when I did, it forced closed the same as yours. I would say you have already figured that out, but if not I hope it helps in fixing the problem.

I love this ROM (even though I keep switching between this and Cyanogen), but my only suggestion is to pick a name for the ROM and keep it. I've been confused by the name-changing this weekend, so please decide on a name and stick with it. That's all. Great work as usual.
Maybe this is my first post here. I want to say thanks for this and the kernel mods you've been working on, they're great! With this ROM when I attempt to turn on bluetooth my device freezes beyond 3 finger salute so I must rip the device's heart out through its spine to resuscitate it. Anyone else having this issue? Any hints?
I am considering reflashing 1.0 version of the kernel with the bcm4329.ko to see if that resolves the issue for me but I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if so how they became triumphant in their plight.
I'd much rather use this than stock.
The bluetooth issues will be fixed. please be patient. An earlier version of the Kernel will not work because the fix for camera and video are in the kernel.
The major problem I have with bluetooth is that I don't have a stereo bluetooth device but I will try to fix the freezing issue today.
Very cool and much appreciated. Wasn't sure if I missed a bluetooth blurb or not and thought it to be my phone. I did go back the kernel and my bluetooth did work (your 1.0 version) but wifi was in error status with the module supplied with that kernel if that info helps any.

This is a DZ/G2 port of the leaked ROM from the HTC Doubleshot (TMOUS_1.01.531.1, new Sense 3.0 device), provided by 911 Sniper. This ROM is a work in progress but is now in a usable state. Unlike the Sensation port, the Doubleshot's resolution matches that of our devices, so this is a substantial improvement.

The default USB connected mode is "Disk Drive" rather than "Charge Only".
Auto brightness is enabled by default and does not adjust properly. You will probably want to disable it.
Using Menu -> Personalize from the launcher brings up T-Mobile's settings app, which does not work correctly. Simply press and hold on any unused area of the desktop to launch HTC's personalization.
Landscape mode does not render properly for the Launcher. It works, just does not look right.
There are various harmless graphical quirks present. Keep in mind this port is based off a TEST release, so this should be expected.
Lockscreen shortcuts do not work. The implementation seems incomplete in this build.

Well done RMK, this looks like a sweet ROM. I believe I might wait until a stable release is available, and any issues resolved.
Is the data connection indicator stock or is that custom. I don't prefer the Gingerbread arrows over the E/3G/4G-H icons, is there a way to change them to Sense style? If not I might need to make some changes in the framework & whip something up.

....for another device, NOT the G2 or Desire Z. The ROM in this thread has been ported to the G2/Desire Z by rmk. The radio that came with the original ruu will most likely not work on our our phones.

A first overview:
The ROM feel fairly smooth and most hardware is working. I'm just having minor issues with bloatware apps like face recognition.
As soon as that's cleared up, everything is usable.

One annoyance: the Keymap for my DZ is incorrect. Letters are working fine, just characters are messed up.

Second thing I noticed is that my 3G connection isn't working.
I can only accomplish an internet connection with WiFi.
Or am I doing something wrong here?!
Also the camera doesn't work.
But Sense 3.0 looks awsome!!

Make sure after backing up, you wipe data ,cache, dalvik cache, system,data, etc. These are accessed in the mount settings and advance. It should work after.

This is a port with no changes, so it may be because of the radio you have OR because of what eXase mentions.
Make sure you wipe everything though.

Porting Information and Credits
There has been an enormous amount of interest surrounding utilizing components or modifications from our ROMs. To this point, our policy was that any such work needed to explicitly be approved by the team. The fact of the matter is that the policy is simply not enforceable and any time consumed working to enforce it detracts from the time we have to work on Android (which is what we really enjoy). As such, we’ve decided to go in a different direction.
Going forward, ROM developers are welcome to utilize any portions of our ROM which are of interest.
Our only requirement is that you let us know about what you’re doing by sending an email to (devteam|at|virtuousrom.com), credit the Virtuous Team in your thread(s) and provide a link to our website. No response on our part is required whatsoever, we’re just interested to hear about how our work is helping you.
Our plan is to continue to innovate and push the envelop of ROM development; with the goal of staying enough ahead of the curve to merit a desire to clone our work.

Important Notes
If you are experiencing random freezes and/or reboots, this is likely due to your device being incapable of handling our overclocking defaults. Download and apply this flashable patch, which will reduce the maximum CPU frequency to 1Ghz and likely eliminate this issue.
You must complete a full wipe prior to installing this ROM the first time. We also recommend wiping between upgrades, but you are welcome to try upgrading without a wipe. However, no support will be provided if you file a bug without having wiped prior to submission.

nah if you click restart, it just says the usual HTC message about clearing files out of memory.

Finally i can send/receive messages as long as i want, but i already see one weird thing: long messages are being sent as MMS (at least my phone says so). Is that true? That would be deal breaker for me, as i'm sending a lot of very long messages and that costs me nothing, BUT i will have to pay for if they are sent as MMS.
Other then that, ROM feels much smoother then any previous Sense 3.0 based ROM. Nice.
By some reason i can't add photo frame widget. Mail widget is a bit oversized IMO. By the way, what's wrong with video playback while holding phone in vertical position? Half of the screen is all in green color.

Doubleshot
Virtuous Doubleshot is a port of the ROM from the MyTouch 4G Slide, which features a custom version of Sense 3.0. It is based on the final/official base (Doubleshot_TMOUS_1.28.531.9). The custom Sense variant featured in this ROM is called Espresso, which is quite different visually from standard Sense UI. Additionally, the MT4G Slide is a WVGA device, meaning no re-sizing was needed.

Porting Information and Credits
Virtuous Doubleshot, or any components therein, may not be ported to other devices without explicit email approval from the development team. We
will be approving ports, presuming the develop of a given port is ready and willing to follow the same revision control and release processes
currently employed existing devices.
Important Notes
For Vision users, the DesireZ hboot is REQUIRED. Rmk has written a guide for G2 users who need to make this transition.
If you are experiencing random freezes and/or reboots, this is likely due to your device being incapable of handling our overclocking defaults. Download and apply this flashable patch, which will reduce the maximum CPU frequency to 1Ghz and likely eliminate this issue.
You must complete a full wipe prior to installing this ROM the first time. We also recommend wiping between upgrades, but you are welcome to try upgrading without a wipe. However, no support will be provided if you file a bug without having wiped prior to submission.
Disconnect your USB cable prior to the first boot, otherwise the Market apps do not install. This is because the default USB connection mode is "Disk Drive". We will resolve this issue in a future release.

Yeah, I'm not sure how the market was omitted... expect an update soon.
Awesome...I do love this Doubleshot Rom but a changelog would be amazing. It would just be nice to know if some of the problems I was having have been fixed.

I see you are running the MyVision4G rom, Have you got any issues with the 3g connection as i cannot get it working.
Also love this rom tryed it and it flyes for a sense rom. Great work.......

Introducing Magnolia for the Incredible 2. This is a mostly Sense 2.1 Gingerbread ROM with a few 3.0 elements added. It has many customizations and features to make you phone visually appealing and convenient to use. I sincerely hope you enjoy the ROM!

Based on the Official 3.02.605.1 OTA;
Uses jcase's OC kernel;
Added Sense 3.0 lockscreen, USB connection menu, and camera (thanks to newtoroot for his ROMs, whose ROMs I pulled apart to learn how to get these to work);
Matte sense skin ("Magnolia" in skin picker), most of the "shiny" elements of sense UI have been matted for a more refined look;
Modded Friendstream, News and Twitter widgets to replace the (imho) hideous stock ones;
All apps Rosie button opens Maxim's AppFolders, a truly customizable and usable app drawer replacement (stock app drawer version available at bottom of post. Just backup and flash the zip. It's nothing fancy now, but I will make it pretty & depaginated soon);
Extra settings enabled in Quick Settings menu;
Right button mapped to browser (more mappings to come);
4-in-1 power menu;
Location and ADB statusbar icons hidden;
Percentage battery mod by chrisDDD;
Recent apps bar hidden and notifications pull down themed to fit Magnolia skin look;
Custom dialer
Speed and stability tweaks for smooth, snappy and stable performance;
Most apps commonly considered bloatware removed, with some handy apps added (e.g., Netflix, Google Voice, Astro, XDA, ROM Manager);
Removed HTC Car Panel and added Google CarHome;
Mor I am sure I forgot and much more to come...
Known Issues
The kernel defaults to 1.6 ghz, if you experience lockups, please use a CPU control app to turn the speed down. The next release will default to 1ghz.
Some elements still need to be themed.
Installation Instructions
ATTENTION: This ROM has been tested by me and others, but, like all custom ROMs, it mat have bugs or other issues I do not know about. Accordingly, you flash the ROM at your own risk, and I accept NO responsibility for any consequences that may arise for you, your phone or others as a result of flashing and/or using this ROM.
MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP of your current ROM;

Do a full wipe (factory data reset and format cache). If you do not perform a full wipe, you may experience bugs/issues, please do not post them;
Flash via ROM Manager or CWM Recovery;
Reboot and let it load up;
Go to menu-->personalize-->skins and select "Magnolia" skin and apply;

While this ROM runs fine without a CPU manager, you need one to overclock. I use SetCPU at 1.267/245.
Leave feedback if you encounter bugs, things that can be improved.

DO IT!!! This is pretty sweet, i have only been running through the basic options and havent had any FC's yet.....
Everything synced up instantly...nice mesh of both worlds.
i will edit this if i find any issues.

Sorry. I should have deleted that. Another user made a very nice customized dialer skin for my Inc. ROM, and I plan to add, but haven't quite gotten it done yet.
