I have three of them and I love them. Even if the OEM one lasts a bit longer, you can't go wrong for the price. They have saved me on several occasions.

Oh, yea.....I took my daughter to Disney for her second birthday in October, and thanks to my China batteries and my Slingbox, I didn't miss a second of football while walking the parks and waiting in lines.

Hours.....ridiculously long. Whether you are charging the OEM battery or a copy, they take long to charge using the dock. However, after you charge them, you can keep them off the charger and somewhere handy (like your car) and they will maintain the charge for a good long while.......over a month.

I have a cheapy Chinese batt, and it works great. Under what I consider moderate use, I get about 20 hours out of it. Only take me about 2 1/2 hours to charge.

I'm pretty sure they are all made in China. I rotate 4 batteries, 2 OEM and 2 after market; all perform the same.

2700 mah battery with new back from Sprint (need a case)

Bought my new battery from my local Sprint store last Friday. It came with the new back. Does anyone know where to find cases for these? It is the same back that johnnychimpo has in his post.

Does it charge to 100%? also does it definitely give you longer life?
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
As far as charging, I can't be positive, but it does show 100% on the battery app I downloaded. As far as better life, heck yeah!!! I tried my hardest to kill it today.what would have killed my stock battery, this one went 6 hours longer.

I dont use a case for mine. I have a body glove flip leather case for it with invisishield. Could you post some pics of the battery. Wondering if that sprint store is selling chinese batteries or if this one is oem or name branded. Thanks
You can buy a 2700 directly from Sprint now? Do you have a pic of it ?
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
I can get a pic tomorrow. I'm unsure why my Sprint store sells them, because I called 3 others near me, and my store is the only one that has them.

Did sprint give you instructions on how to charge it being that the phone can't properly charge it on its own? I find it interesting that sprint is selling extended batteries now because if they/HTC don't come up with a fix for the charging problem they are going to be getting a lot of calls!
Unfortunately, no. I'm probably gonna take it back tomorrow. I can't find a case??

I can't, can't, can't, for the life of me get with those fat backs! It's just such an eye sore... And this phones so sleek. I'm curious to kno what's the largest (mah) battery you've seen without the aftermarket back?
I thought I was gonna hate the huge back too but had to try it and I gotta say... not that bad.... kinda like it even. I feel less likely to drop it.

Same here, it's like having a dinner slip grip . I think there's a 2100 that fits under the stock back plate
This has been a message from the Blu Kuban broadcast system!
I think its easier to hold with the back and I can get well over 6 hours screen time with the brightness up to about 75%. I got mine last weekend and I'm still amazed how long I use it and I get paranoid about the battery then look at it and its still all the way charged. I got the trexcell and its awesome so far. I'm at 13 hours on my charge right now with 1 hour and 2 minutes on the screen all web browsing and its at 75%.

I'm in that same boat. I have a full comparison to. My girl has a stock battery in hers and my big ole battery lasts three times as long as hers lol

I was just sick of battery being an issue for me on most Roms... And our phones are so slim already a little bulk don't hurt.
Which battery specifically did you get? I'm thinking of getting one myself actually, almost got stuck in the middle of a totally unknown location because my battery was almost dead. Not a fun predicament, I'll say that much.
Lol I usually never complain about any ROM cause I know my extended will still get me through the day any day

The brand on it is qcell. I've had them about 4 months and they are easily as good as the OE battery. Though I believe they are advertised as 1950 as opposed to our 1800. For $20 you can't go wrong.

I have 2 batteries so I get to enjoy my slim and sexy Epic 4G Touch without all the junk in the trunk.
Charge one to 100% then swap it and charge to other to 100% and there's no need to carry a charger with me when I leave the house.
It's not that hard to pop the back off and swap batteries...

Average charging time of dinc2

It takes about 6 hours for my dinc2 to charge from about 10% to 100%. That is a huge amount of time. I had a Nokia previously and it got charged in just 1&half an hour. So i was wondering is this normal or is there something wrong with my phone or charger.???

My guess is that recharge as fast as a laptop battery, although they have power sources and disipate more heat, as a down side

I have been using an N7000 for 2 years now. A great phone - but the achilles heel has definitely been power. I had three bateries for it. Got one of those fat aftermarket batteries with the phone cover - it was absolutely useless - I don't think it even held the equivalent power of 33% of an OEM battery. Picked up another aftermarket battery similar in size to the OEM battery. In fairness, that hasn't been too bad - it's only in the last few weeks that it seems to have tanked - cant get much of a charge on it now.
Even with all of those - when I would go away travelling, there still was no comfort. I would have to curtail the way I used the phone. It's for that reason that I've turned to this power bank.
Only received it yesterday - but it seems to be exactly the same as the OP's. Charging it right now.
@Warnahly: Has the power bank retained its integrity since you first started using it? In real terms, what do you suspect is the real power storage of this device (if we are to work on the basis that it probably doesn't strictly live up to the 30K mAh description?
