Flash capability? - HTC Wildfire S

Does the wildfire S support flash player. I know the old wildfire doesn't because of the processor. But because this is a lot newer and has upgraded specs I assume it should be capable of running it.

According to GSMARENA site unfortunately Wildfire S only support Flash Lite due to slow processor

Flash Player On Wildfire?

Hi guys, I'm running Cyanogenmod 7.1 RC1 and been wondering how to get swf files to play on my wildfire. I've download many versions of Adobe Flash Player and Smart Flash Player but it still says I need to install the flash plugin and when I click the link that links to market to download the plugin, it can't be found. So how do I get flash working here?
Do you have the .swf file On your mobile SD card? So you don't need the plugin. If you will play flasch content via browser you need it. And I think with cm7 you can play this websites (like YouTube etc.)

Flashing Cyanogenmod 7.2 a good idea for TMOBILE US WFS?

I'm not sure if I should flash cyanogenmod 7.2 from the ROM manager to my Tmobile US version of the wfs. I've heard some people say that the accelerator doesn't work for the Tmobile US brand. Can someone tell me if it's a good idea to flash the ROM?

i wouldn't do that ... you can encounter bugs, and even loss of data, and such things, maybe even a brick...i guess it is best if alquez would try to port it for cdma...

Oh ok but there's also one in ROM manager that is 7.2 but the one ported by alquez is 7.1 which was said that had some bugs for the Tmobile US wildfire s. I just want to be sure the 7.2 is less buggy.

I have a Gsm T-Mobile USA phone and yes the accelerometer will not. Rom manager works fine with recover. Despite the accelerometer not working I run cm 7.2 because it's a great rom no Bugs very stable.

[Q] htc desire hd few Q

hi to all xda developers,
i got my first andriod powered mobile i.e. htc desire hd, previously i was using windows smart phones and iphones, symbians etc.
Now i have few question:
1. what are the best 3d games for htc desire hd?
2. Which are best 3d apps for htc desire hd?
3. i need to root my phone (looking to overclock it)
i am running andriod 2.3.5, wiht sense 3.0, and software version 3.12.405.1
can anyone suggest which tool is good to root htc desire hd, and also suggest me a hack to overclock it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance....
Ace hack kit...look.in android development follow it to the letter,overclocking...a majority of roms sense or not have this in the tweak kits..
so root it then go hunting
happy days...as for your games,I'm no gamer on mobiles apologies

i pesonally would use the cyanogenmod wiki to root, but its your choice. and im pretty sure youll need a custom rom to flash a kernel that supports overclocking. i doubt anyone makes modded stock kernels. i would use icecold sandwich and it has built in up to 2.03ghz

I Guess If You Root You Cant Receive any official updates
Its tricky...you benefit a Lot more from rooting than if not...if your woriied about losing stock there are rooted untouched roms in the Dev section then you can overclock etc...I'd go that route..even when HTC release sense and ics a variant rooted version of that will be on here anyway...stocks okay but if your overclocking then you have more of a genuine interest in what you want your phone to be doing so in that respect also you will become just like most people and flashing till you get what you want

Thanks for all the useful information mates. I have heard that all the ics customs roms have bugs like camera, video playback, touch problem etc. So i will root my desire hd for over clocking after getting the bug free rom. And can anyone suggest me some good apps for Desire hd.
Thanks in advance .....

Can anyone tell me how to speed up my wfs so I can play cool games

Sent from my HTC Wildfire S A510e using xda premium
you should install overclockable kernel for WFS but i think it must be compatible with your rom but i don't know because i am not playing games
install a custom rom which has an overclockable kernel preferably cm7 or cm9, when it releases, as they can be overclocked and they have a lot of free ram.
Another option could be flashing an overclock kernel on the stock rom.
And if your playing some larger games, download an hvga version because its much faster
Remember to thanks if it helped =D
Thank u but because I am a newbie I don't know how to install overclockable version . So please help

do you know how to flash a custom rom?
And did you unlock your phone bootloader and root it
Not all games may work because most games require an armv7 processor which supports floating calculations. While the wfs having an armv6 processor lacks in floating calculations
