I just used SGS II of someone, and noticed SMS App is changed and has nice landscape view as its Email App. Would it be possible to port it to SGS ?
I am not at all Android Dev., since I am not able to do by my self .
Why is that you always ask for Porting from SGS II. I remember last time you asked for SGS II Lockscreen port

Coz, I cannot afford to by SGS II and Few of the Apps that Samsung provided in SGS II is really improved. Have you got SGS II , then you already know it

The Today APp is different from the Touch Wiz, unfortunately. The TodayApp (assuming that's the one I'm thinking) is a Today plugin that gives you a few tabs, similar to HTC Home found on the HTC Elf.

Just updated the Samsung i900 Omnia from the Samung Official Website, come with chinese software, I found it very useful.

Yeh, somebody please resize this plugin. It looks nice but nit functional on 240x320 divices.
Dows this work with Dimond or it needs resizing on that to?
Sorry guys, icons are packed into dll files. There is only dll and exe files.

I've already tried this on my HTC Prophet and...it works. The only issue is in fact the dimension of the graphics (too big to fit the Qvga display)

I think im right in saying the calendar only shows you the current day + the following day. Can you set it to show more days in the future like the "TodayScreen" used to do?

me thinks they're legit but the problem is I doubt it will run on the omnia i just because of res...
and the fact that there are most likely omnia dependent files on the omnia ii necessary for it...

ok...checked it out, it is definitely cool!!!! I hope to get these working on my TP2. It isn't a resolution issue since the Omnia II is WVGA as well. I can access the sskin lock settings, but after applying, nothing happens when waking the phone from standby. I think this would be an awesome lock screen replacement great find!

Since we have the TW launcher from it, is it also possible to have the dialer, which I assume doesn't say 'Favourites,' but would ostensibly use the US English spelling?

Yes, isn't this the ROM from which the new Touchwiz was extracted? I think the official title of the US device is "Epic 4G Touch" and it's this (as I understood) from which we have the latest Touchwiz. From the pics I've seen of the dialer, it also has US English spelling, and I'd prefer that to the old English 'spell it however you want until it sticks' method.
Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch isn't released yet, is it? But where did we get that new TW from?
Those Brits and Canadians, etc. just trampled on the Latin roots of every one of those words. Color, Flavor, Favorites...

Primarily, it has proper US English, so it doesn't use "Favourites" as a spelling for Favorites.
Have you found a way to get version of the dialer that uses U.S. English?
