Can an expert bring us the stock Arabic Rom RUU? It's now available through air update, but i got my phone from UK so I can't update my phone unless I get the arabic RUU rom.

By default, your phone will only let you install ROMs that were designed for that particular sub-model, e.g. on an Arabic market phone then only Arabic ROMs. It is the "CID" of your phone that identifies it.
So this may well be what's happening here. See the Wiki on how to use gfree to unlock your phone and get "SuperCID", which will allow your phone to accept ROMs designed for all possible CIDs of the Vision.

I have a feeling it's a typo in the build.prop. We've been working off this build since it came out and it's a step forward from 1.72,, so I can't imagine HTC went backwards.

Hi, why do you want that particular version? 3.06.405.1 was a leaked test ROM, the most recent official update is 3.12.405.1.
If you want the stock, un-rooted version of 3.12.405.1, go to the Development section, look at the "Roll Up Thread" sticky, and find the link to "Shipped ROMs".

I need the official sense 3.0 with GB2.3.5 with arabic support (3.12 doesn't support arabic)
because I can't risk my business I only trust official roms

Some of the ROMs based on 3.06.405.1 were very stable, although it was a test ROM. I don't know if that's because it was mostly bug-free or just that the ROM devs are so good.

the official arabic rom is 3.13.415
1. flash any official rom (sense 3.0 with GB2.3.5) that you can use.
2. install the "morelocal2" app from the market, and then choose the arabic .

It definately has english........i know 'cause i bought my phone from Saudi Arabia
A few "versions" of english i remember are
1.English(United arab emirates)
2.English(Saudi Arabia)
3.English(Tunisia)
Still cant figure what difference it categorize english into so many countries which dont have any difference in grammar for english

i relock boot loader and run RUU and give me that error but i saw something may be that is the problem when i run RUU and press update image ROM i saw my ROM was 2.17.0.0 and the RUU ROM i want to update is 2.14.415.1 .. may that cause the problem ?
