Hi guys! Ive already got a casemate pop case but i find it too bulky. Is there a bumper case for SGS2? Ive seen a few like Taurus but i think its too bulky as well. I want something that will still show the back of my phone because i have a gelaskin on . Or maybe even a decent see through case will do. Thanks!

I am looking for a rugged case for my GSII. I recently got the otterbox commuter case. I love otterbox but was a little disappointed when they did not release the defender case for the device. Has anyone run across a rugged case for the GSII? I tried the Case-mate tough case but honestly feel like the otterbox commuter has better protection. Thanks in advance for any leads!

I heard somewhere that they are bringing out the defender case soon. This seems to be ok I guess.

I got the casemate tough case. Seems good to me.
There are a couple threads on this already. I just posted replies to two of them regarding the same question.
My answer was metal case. find taurus / sweet armor / akiba slider for galaxy s2.
If you're looking to protect the back as well perhaps the two layer plastic cases may work? or frosted matte TPU/silicon cases are pretty good too as they are very form fitting (no gaps like old silicon case)
Using the casemate tough now for one month. On-screen i got the martin fields protectors.
Case gets 10/10 stars for my purposes. Phones been dropped couple of times now without damage!
Can strongly recommend the casemate tough!

The cases are really good. They are easy to put the phone in but they fit good and you wont find the phone falling out of them. The case that came with the holster I would say is the best of them all. The quality is superb and its just beautiful. The quicksand cases kinda feel too soft but they are great. They all look stylish and they don't add bulk to the phone.

Cruzerlite's Spi-Force case is similar. A bit bulky though. If you don't like that, keep looking, i'm sure i've seen a few knocking about that are very similar to the one you are looking for.

Well, I'm looking for a case that added minimal bulk, covers all of the phone including the buttons, and one that doesn't have that cheap glossy look/feel. I ordered a SUP case but the look of the back cover didn't really do it for me. I also tried the Spigen Slim Armor/Ultra Hybrid but those were a bit bulky. Im currently using an Ultra Fit and I love the feel and fit but I miss the protection and coverings for the button. Maybe I'm being too picky haha :laugh:
I wanted to know if anyone had a Samsung Galaxy S4 with the Protective Cover Plus with it?
Because, that's the type of case I'm wanted to get for my HTC One M8.
I believe they're called hybrid cases. Where it's both hard plastic with rubber.
I really liked the Protective Cover Plus cases for the GS4 because it really protected the phone well, without being bulky.
It was sleek, and I felt confident in the case, and that it would definitely protect against any drops.
From my research, it looks like this would be something close to what I'm looking for.

Hey guys so I was searching on ebay and I can find some "bumpers" in aluminum and such or just silicone case in general. I don't know if the bumper won't add too much to the phone itself. I just want to get rid of the feeling of this horrible original case. It's not for me is there any aluminum cover I can just replace for this one? The ebay ones I'm not sure how they'll work out. Also found a bamboo one but not sure how it will feel tbh. Any recommendations for a new case? Thanks.
