hi there, my mom have a Samsung Galaxy i551 Callisto from movistar, chile, the rom is very ugly and outdated (and buggy), how i can debrand the phone and change the rom to generic latin american (latam)?

I have a m919v here in México from nextel im wondering, can i flash any rom on sammobile? I see like 4 kitkat roms they start m919v....is there any problem? I have just sold my note 3 and i could flash windmobile from canada its the same n900w8. But is s4 the same or xould i have trouble?

After flashing by Odin the cellphone get looping on Samsung logo, I'll try to repair with this ROM but I can't find.
