Experia Arc Launcher [Must Try] - Galaxy Ace S5830 Themes and Apps

Hey guys, i'm new to this forum, i found this great launcher for our SGA
its Experia Arc Launcher by phoezies
Well the launcher is very smooth and fast, organized, and has eye candy icon animations (when you move them around). i observed (through task manager) that it eats around 9 to 13 mb of RAM, quite large but its still fast and no lags on my SGA, i'm using coderomv2x2b with ramscript of v6 supercharger by zeppelinrox
anyway here is the app modded by backhead92
There are two options for us, one with transparent dock and one with visible dock. i prefer the transparent dock. Just follow the thread and it has screenies.
Thanks... Have Fun

Tks bro I will try
Edit: I installed but didnt see any changes???
Edit 2: I saw ) tks u

how to install?
jst like an ordinary apk installation?kabayan..

ya. just install like other apk. Then restart ur phone

Just tried but didn't like it.
It's fast but the animations doesnt seem very smooth for me, and i'm using coderom and v6 as well.
Thanks anyways cheers!

Just install it like an ordinary apk. press home button then choose the launcher kabayan

Clock widget from Xperia, works fine.

Tried, it worked well. TKs u

[Q] The best home screen for Arc?

Hey Frnds,
I m looking for best homescreen replacement for my stock one. Currently I am using SPB Shell 3D.. I tried with many others but this is the one looks quite awesome with its 3D effects but it takes too much of memory so I am looking for some nice home screen.. Please help...
I would recommand adw launcher ex. i Use it myself and it's awesome. You can customize everything
Sent from my Arc S using XDA App
i have LauncherPro (free version) und you can also customizing everything. I tried ADWLauncher on my X10minipro, but for me LauncherPro is better. (on X10minipro AND Arc S)
LauncherPro Plus all the way

Go Laucher EX
I suggest Go Laucher EX. It's free, have lots of widget and the waterfall effect in menu is wonderful... I wonder if its possible to create that effect with other laucher? Give to Arc S a very cool look... Also you can custumise everything. For me is nÂș1
Hello, I test many launcher, I use adw launcher because it is on cyanogen, but I also tested launcher pro and also it is awesome.
Zeam launcher is a good choice for older phones.
Sent from my LT15i using xda premium
I use Go Launcher EX because of the widgets available to it, such as the twitter and facebook ones (which I much prefer to the SE homescreen).
Also, it has made my phone look more like ICS, when themed, without having to unlock my bootloader

[Q] What is the best Launcher for GIO? Updated 18-2-2012

What would be the best/fastes Launcher for the GIO?
TouchWiz30Launcher seems to be my default on my 2.35 version (JonasHendrickx v3.1 rom) (There some modded versions of Touchwiz to. If anyone hase a link i ad it) This does not seems stable all the time when i turn on the phone. Lag. Mediascanner starts reading the sd and this can take a very long time. And sometimes crash the launcher. (A app called Rescan Media root from market can disable media scanner.)
Personally im looking for the fastest launcher for the GIO. I havent tested many my self yet.
Tested by me:
Default Touchwiz V30 works and looks oke. (Samsung's TouchWiz is quite a power eater i did read.)
Launcher Pro (Free version) Fast and basic. Anoying: The background picture turns black sometimes in the version that i used.
ADW Launcher i did test with (CM7) Fast and stable. Nice options.
This launcher seem nice to me:
Go Launcher link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1423043
ADW Launcher (CM7) Does have good options.
Sugested by forum users:
sgs II launcher = Ported by spacecaker.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1472318
Go Launcher EX = Most GO apps are cool and way better than stock samsung ones. This one seems very populair!
ADW Launcher (CM7)
Zeam Launcher = If you want other stuff and options you may use launcherpro or adw launcher ex
Launcher Pro = Has pretty basic functionality.
Balancer Launcher = Almost as fast as LauncherPro. it has some advanced tweaks and stuff.
360 launcher = Pretty and has nice themes and screenlocks also I love the images and video tab on app drawer. Also, folders on drawer is pretty neat as well. Only down side for some people, no landscape mode on this launcher.
MIUI Launcher =
Nytmarez tested: TouchWiz Launcher, Go Launcher EX, ADW Launcher (CM7), Zeam Launcher, Launcher Pro, and Balancer Launcher
He thinks the Laucher pro is the fasted one. Most others of the others seem pretty lagish on Gio is what Nytmarez thinks.
Please give me you're opinion on you're favorite launcher
In my opinion, LauncherPro is the best. It lags a little at boot (if you let your device be idle for a minute after boot, no lagging).
Also, if you are rooted, you can use app called Rescan Media root from market.
It can disable media scanner.
my opinion?

The SGS II launcher won't be on the market, but there is a thread on these forums with a link for you to download it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1472318
I think launchers are your own personal choice. I dont like go launcher, but like launcherpro and ADW

The problem is that wall launchers, puts me the system too slow...
So the best for me is the stock.
By the way, spacecaker, can you make your launcher without the letters in the dock?
Thanks

I think touchwiz is the best. Because it is stabil, background on menu is black (for long battery) and it is orginal

Color background has nothing to do with battery save on any display with backlight.
You have "brightness" in Settings/Display and that's all. If even one pixel must be of high brightness (clock numbers for example), the backlight will work at setted value.
It matters only for OLED displays.
Go Launcher Ex
Well gonna give my 2 cents about launcher as well
Personally I use 360 launcher on my gio. Found it while browsing SGT7 forum it's fast, pretty and has nice themes and screenlocks also I love the images and video tab on app drawer. Also, folders on drawer is pretty neat as well. Only down side for some people, no landscape mode on this launcher.

I vote for Go Launcher Ex.
IMO most GO apps are cool and way better than stock Samsung ones.
I have tested the following:
TouchWiz Launcher
Go Launcher EX
ADW Launcher
Zeam Launcher
Launcher Pro
Balancer Launcher
IMHO for Gio, the fastest is Launcher Pro but it also has pretty basic functionality. Almost as fast as LauncherPro is Balancer Launcher and it has some advanced tweaks and stuff. All of the others seem pretty lagish on Gio to me.
I have GO Launcher. It seems to work as well as the default ADW does on CM7, but with more functionality.
And because I only have two pages, It doesn't seem to lag at all.
Go launcher EX
SGS II launcher

[APP] Touchwiz UX NO ROOT NEEDED!!+ S3 PACK

Here is the Touchwiz UX Launcher with GNote grid in menus (better than original grid) (my opinion).
Credits for the amazing launcher to: hot.vimal92 [GO THANK HIM!!] ----> HIS thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1690988
NO ROOT NEEDED!
What's in the pack.
S3 WALLS RESIZED FOR GS2 & GS1 [960x800] and Non resized [1440x1440 ] is in the pack.
Galaxy S3 launcher
Galaxy S3 Weatherclock widget.
S3 Icons.
Instructions:
Unrar the S3Pack file, S3 icons launcher and everything is in there.
When extracted put in sdcard.
Just install launcher as normal apk, start launcher,
If you want download both accuweather apks and you can use S3 weather & clock widget. [THATS THE ONLY WIDGET YOU CAN USE IN THIS LAUNCHER].
Your stockicons come in the launcher so if you want GS3 contacts icon etc in homescreen download DESKTOP VISUALIZER and just add the icon [very easy].
The S3 icons are in the S3PACK as i said before..
Wallpapers in the pack
[You need to have ice cream sandwich, update if you have gingerbread from Kies or OTA]
Stock or custom ICS doesnt matter
DOWNLOAD: http://www.mediafire.com/?l2kp7h6i60xm9ho
If you're on your phone and want to unrar the file with all files just download UNRAR from Google PLay. Good luck!
Questions? Just ask and i answer as fast as i can.
Dont forget to thanks me and or hot.vimal92
Awesome! Thanks!
Thank you for the launcher! It works really well! Do you have a non scrolling wallpaper version by any chance?
Thanks!

[Share]ADW Launcher EX

Alright guys, I don't usually make threads to share apps but this one deserves one.
ADW Launcher (both free and paid) got a whole complete makeover. I installed ot yesterday and I feel like my ace got a complete change from the ground up. The new animations and fluidity is amazing while still keeping a low ram consumption like the previous version. It's just amazing.
Install it and give it a go!

(APP) Xperia T Launcher & [Xperia T Keyboard CWM or TWRP ONLY]

Check this XPERIA T launcher, really nippy and works on 4.1.2 Jellybean. Just install like a normal app.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2021332 download the widgets if you need them, it makes a difference. I scour the XDA for the best Apps to use with our phones only. I must state this is NOT MY WORK. Also seen this Xperia T Keyboard, just flash in CWM or TWRP Here :http://db.tt/xS1sFAbu works in Jellybean 4.1.2 can confirm it work`s fine. Again i state this is kristiancarl`s work so please thank him for his work.

Re: (APP) Xperia T launcher
Thanks. It is very smooth.
It seems it's supposed to be compatible with adw icon packs, as it lets you select an adw theme, but it won't let you select the adw theme pack when editing an icon manually :-\
The xperia icon pack included with it is pretty nice and works fine though.
