looks mean and neat .. downloading ..1%

This is by far the fastest rom i have ever used. Really good job on this one.
It also has the most program memory for any WM6.1 out to date.
Also, really like the spash screens.

silly question here .. is this rom has the 3G dialer for video call.

ahh .. if I install the Pandora 3G dialer it would completely ruin the theme.

i really dont think it matters, i am of the belief that the 3G dialer has to be cooked into roms for it to work... Have a look and see.

I have to say that you're wrong, I've been using this 3g pandora dialer just like Dvha79 Black rom in the Dvha79 G&C and B&C rom and it works.

What does UC Compatible mean? Sorry if it is a stupid question.

You're not kidding. This ROM is LEAN, MEAN, and CLEAN. This is the fastest ROM with the most available memory I've used yet. It's a keeper.

But I will, THANK YOU, you saved us all lots of time. I'll test it this evening, when I get home.

I was wondering if the version of pbar you have included in your cab will work correctly..Everytime I install it on any wm6.1 roms if I am typing a txt msg when I'm done I hit send and then x and it completely closes the txt app instead of going to the main txt screen..
Know what I mean? Does your version do that or does it work correctly?
If nobody understands what I mean I could post some screenshots..

I don't seem to have that problem with the pbar I included... it's version 1.5
I even tested it, and the version I have seems fine. I typed out a text, hit send, then hit the "ok" button at the top, and it went back to the sms inbox, that's what you meant right?

I needed a ROM for every day use i class all the apps above as essential no Rom's i found had all the stuff i need so here comes JLAs Dynamics the ROM will be updated often. Stay tuned give your comments and suggestions and requests. Do you all need 1 more ROM as there are loads out there? I will update the thread as I'm updating.
OK guys this is how the ROM works in the download there is usual files and a sdconfig.txt if the sdconfig is not used the ROM will be almost the same as dvha. the reason I'm doing this is most of my custom stuff is in the ext ROM and with the sdconfig you can then remove or comment out or add what you guys need hence the DYNAMIC.

OK to flash via usb on Windows download the attached RUUWrapper.zip extract it to the same Dir as the ROM rename hermimg.nbh to RUU_Signed.nbh copy sdconfig.txt to storage card before flashing then start RUUWrapper.exe on your PC and follow on screen info.
OK the ROM seems to be getting some good responses so this is how versions will work main releases will be v1 v2 etc and small updates will be v1.1 v1.2 etc and some small update releases will be just extrom updates.

ok for now there will just be a NON-RBSN 3g its not full rom nor a lite rom its some were in the middle but if it gets plenty of interest i can do all flavores im trying to make it as official as possable but with i tiny bit more.

firts hours with your rom, no problems, now I am writing you from my device (wifi ok, you know), i have to try more apps, but I think this rom has all that I want for my daily tasks.
Very stable, very fast, no problems. Good work, man, I will continue reporting you.

well mate, I have been putting your rom to the test big style today, heavy use for 10 hours, playing games, texting, browsing opera mini and when i finished work, gave it a full workout using wifi......
and guess what.......
WELL BLOODY DONE!!!!! Very consistent, Speedy, Kept up with everything, One of, Infact, At the moment THE BEST rom around (my views anyway) Since 8am (and its 9.18pm now), battery still on 69% so battery life is great.
Really looking forward to any future roms by you!!!

oooppps!, problems with my bluetooth headphones
pairing my dell headphones without problems, but when I hear music there is a little interruption every five seconds, very annoying you know. I use s2p, the last version peharps (v 0.55)
I've previously installed the sleuth patch, but it doesn't work
Another thing that doesn't work is WOW HD settings, when i try to use it, it shows a message about "there is no wow hd drive load", and the app closes.
That's all, I will continue testing mate,

This is a ROM I've recently cooked for myself.
It is based on the latest g77 base ROM port. Almost all of the packages are ported from HTC JADE. I thought that it would be wonderfull to use the latest versions from IOLITE but in my opinion the performance is greatly decreased.

It was not an effort at all so I decided to make four versions of the ROM: Full and Stock with Digital and Analogue Manila 2D.
The Stock versions are pretty much like the stock JADE ROM and will be shot in the dark because I don't have the time to test them. I will gladly receive feedback for them.
The RAM consumption is quite high, but this is because Task Facade and FTouchFlo are running while taking the screenshots. They can be turned of easily.
By default FTouchFlo is not included in the StartUp folder. It can be activate in [Start Menu]->[Settings]->[Settings]-[FTouchFlo].
If you want to disable Task Facade just go to the Windows\StartUp folder and delete the shortcut.
Any comments and recommendations are welcome.

Known bugs:
Issue: TaskFacade is causing serious memory leaks after a certain amount of time
Solution: Soft reset as a temporary fix. Remove the TaskFacade.lnk shortcut from Windows/StartUp folder and the button mapping from [Start]->[Settings]->[Personal]->[Buttons] for a permanent solution.
Issue: WiFi settings are not working
Solution: None. Unfortunately this cannot be repaired
Issue: Voice Recorder is not working
Solution: None. Unfortunately this cannot be repaired

Updates, Patches & Addons:
Patch: DisableAutoTimeZone.cab will remove the automatic time and location synchronisation with the operator network (for those who experience problems with this)
Addon: HTC Connection Setup 1.5.35361.1 CAB & link provided by francarl.
Addon: M2DC 0.29.235 a.k.a. Manila 2D Customizer developed by mpenguin14. More information and updates: here.

Best ROM for trinity, so far. And i tried a lot in one year and a half. Maybe is a good ideea to make a Lite version with/without HTC Home.

I thought of making vanilla ROM ... but I couldn't decide what packages to include.
I can make it barebone ... I don't know ... including HTC Home would require changing all the Jade styled packages ... let me think about it.

10x for this new rom , it's nice to see again activity in our sub-forum

My "home" location wont stick after a soft-reset.
Always changes back to Brisbane. Is there a fix for this?

I've built in the ROM a feature that sets the time and the location automatically from the operator network settings. Persistant location change after soft reset cannot be caused by any other thing.
I'll upload a patch in POST#3 disabling this feature.

Mass storage wont work fully using WM5torage. CAB files can't be transferred, only few types of files being able to. It say's the disk is write-protected, any idea?

I don't use wm5torage although it should be working.
There is nothing write protected in the ROM. Maybe you should try disabling "Enable advanced network functionality" from [Settings]->[Settings]->[USB to PC]. Maybe this will help.

QuickGPS not working!

I must say that this is really a fantastic ROM! For me, one of the best (or maybe the best) for our Trinitys!
But for me there's an important issue... QuickGPS doesn't work
(I have used this on other ROM's; This is the REAL Working QuickGPS posted in XDA)
Get 2 types of errors:
Opening ERROR: The file 'QuickGPS cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or none of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.
Notification ERROR: Cannot execute \Windows\QuickGPS.exe
Can someone help?

I am currently building new version of the ROM and QuickGPS will be included along with the FingerMenu. So please be patient for just a while.
I will provide CAB files for both just in case you do not want to flash the phone again. Of course flashing is highly recommended .

this is my GERMAN rom, based on the 23017 rom-kitchen from tomme45i, from 26.08.09.
I hope it´s so stable as the original one. If you find a bug, please feel free to report. I will do my best to solve the problem, but I have to say I´m not a hardcore cooker, I didn´t have the know how of them.

There was a user reg file from tomme45i in the kitchen, that´s what I edited.

Would you please consider releasing the kitchen? I assume your own ROM would not be possible without others releasing a kitchen so maybe you could do the same.

General question: Why has nobody suggested collaborative ROM development yet?
Somebody sets up an SVN/CVS and every member of the team can contribute registry fixes, new packages or new translations.

That´s a graet idea. But how can we do this?

It works like this:
we sign up for a free SVN provider like the ones listed here:

For those who do not know what SVN is: it is usually used for software projects with many people. You set up a central repository where every file and its history is stored.
Developers can then check out the entire project (or parts) to their PC and modify stuff locally. When they have done something useful, they can "commit"(upload) their changes to the repository for all to see/review/improve.
One person would have to be in charge of actually building the "official" ROM.
The benefits are:
- multiple people can work on one ROM
- knowledge and ROM sources are shared and public so even if someone leaves, other can pick it up
- we can track changes to files by looking at their history. important for newly introduced bugs ("we know it worked in revision 5 so what did we change between revision 5 and now")
- we have distribute backups (everyone has a working copy) in case of HDD failure, provider deleting the SVN and so on
I'm willing to write a short tutorial and set up the SVN if someone can send the "source code" (kitchen) for a preferably German ROM.
Do you think a 500MB limit would be too restrictive?

When you will release your german kitchen?

Thank you for your efforts to get a german rom startet. I have installed it and using it for several days.
Problems I have:
- imap outlook connection is broken when not connected at usb. cannot syncronize with mobile data connection
- iexplorer on mobile data connection not working (htc home plug and opera browser and openvpn connection working)
- bluetooth sim access module not working with vw passat (was not with wm5 before, too).
- screen calibration wizard starts every reboot
Perhaps you have a hint for the first two issues.

You can get rid of the calibration by deleting Welcome from Windows/Autostart.
It should still be fixed in the ROM.

Copy original files from \windows directory: zylonite_keyboard_us.dll and small file begins from sym0...txt from current swedish firmware that are you using and post here. Il make cab.

The titanium weather and comm plugins included are awesome...i usually never have the patience to install it...having it in the rom is just perfect! Vibrate on touch...keyboard sounds....really nice!

Not sure if PIMS still work fine for new WM 6.5.3. its designed for wm5-6.1. I have attached cab for you. It plces link to Utils in Start Menu.. So please check if its working specially for mails.
But I recommend you to use MyPhone. Download it from Marketplace in start menu.

Have no shortcut for it in start menu. sorry forgot to put it.
Its starts any automatically in memory and shortcut of program can found in \windows\ folder.

Actually I already downloaded the PIMBAckup application cab and installed it and just added the shortcuts manually. It works.

Plese use google search for now, there are tons of manuals also on this site. Sorry, dont have time now looking for that. Later, I will post all guides. they are different to xp /vista (win7).

In lock mode if the screen is on, the volume keys are not locked.
