Here is a collection of 26 61 1024x600 wallpapers for the Archos 101. I use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper which will allow the use of more than one wallpaper.

how can i put those wallpapers as background, because the standard wallpapers are squares, and when i want to put 1024x600 it makes me crop it to square format

Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? When I try to apply one of these wallpapers, it makes me crop it down to almost half the picture.

Use the MultiPicture Live Wallpaper app. It fixes this problem.

Sorry my favorite is microbes but I seen the seeds of life on my friends phone and do like that also.

I'm not a big fan of a live wp. But I like the optimus 2 wallpaper the rain one and can't remember Tue name off the top of my head but Tue one where it uses all your pics on in your dcim folder and changes them. Like a digital picture frame.

There's also a DOOM lwp that's pretty easy on the battery. Plus that dev was making updates to the rendering engine every few days to better optimize it.

Wave Lite Live Wallpaper is great too. It's basically the PS3 live wallpaper, but on your phone. It also has good battery life because you can set the background to black, and the wave to white.

I have a few different favorite live wallpapers, as I have been using them for almost a year now (On one phone or the other). Most of them I see listed in the last few posts above me, but one I didn't see mentioned that I think is great, would be PhysX Pro Live wallpaper...
Physx Free/Pro live wallpaper is a bunch of configurable particles that bounce about around your screen. You can configure the colors of each particle, bounciness/rebound, size, and if you decide to turn attraction on, you can change the attraction/repulsion of each color of particle. If you don't want that, you can have them follow north on the compass, or just bounce around randomly. It looks really neat, and sort of high tech/sci-fi ish if your into that type of thing... definitly worth a look.

Logcat Live Wallpaper
I like the camera live wallpaper. Lets me do things on my phone and I can see where I'm going. It eats up battery a bit, but with a 3300 MaH battery, that's not really a problem.
Does anybody know if one can find a live wallpaper that was found in samsung d900 for android??
I have searched a lot on google but could not find that wallpaper or was that a theme ... It was so awesome with birds flying cloud cover on sky when signal strength went down and clear otherwise. Day and night was accordingly. Fireworks when a missed call or message. We have a lot of live wallpapers on market and other places but no one could match that brilliance. I would really be obliged if some one can post that wallpaper or link to that wallpaper??

let's see. i hope i can explain this clearly...
i have a static wallpaper i want to use on my evo. currently using king's 2.1 kingdom rom. on most kingdom roms the wallpaper doesnt scroll behind your icons and widgets. it remains still and doesnt scroll side to side as you move from screen to screen. well i have a wallpaper i want to use BUT it makes me crop it and i can only use a small part of it.
i was hoping someone could edit this wallpaper for me (or teach me how, but i dont have photoshop or any editing software on my mac). i want to be able to use the whole thing as my wallpaper. i assume this is sorta easy for a lot of you guys, ive just never really needed to edit a wallpaper before and some direction here would be GREATLY appreciated!

If you go into the Android market there's an app called EVO
3D wallpapers. This one is in there and its cropped to the original size. Maybe you can try that first? If no luck maybe you can edit the pic in MS Paint and recrop the pic to 480x800 which is the EVO 4G's native rez. Good luck!
