Hey guys,
I released a stock version with everything in it last night with bubby, but people kept on asking me what's safe to remove and whats not. So I decided to upload the base I am using which is bloat free.
As usual it is Rooted / Deodexed / Zip-aligned / Su / Busybox.
I have kept samsung widgets for now. Refer to POST 2 for apps removed. Btw Gtalk with Video is also included in this rom
ROM is 262.73 mb in size compared to 311.70 mb.

Can you list which apps exactly were uninstalled?
Btw, PROBABLY have an oc kernel for test tonight. Ill find you in irc if you wanna flash later. Not my work of course. mathkid95 has taken the time to straighten out the code and sweeten it up a little.

I wouldn't. Just pull your framework-res.apk and use the UOT kitchen to cook yourself battery mod and then flash that via CWM.

I would do data/cache wipe before flashing this since you will be coming from odex to deodexed version. You can always back up your data (user data not system data) using titanium backup and restore it later.

if you are going to make a new kernel would it be possible to make one that is compatible with the latest version of android tether so we can get past the "creating ad-hoc" error.
i installed wi-fi tether yesterday after rooting my device and it errors out when it tries to "Setting ad-hoc mode".
i looked up this error on other phones and it seems to be caused by some kernel incompatibilities.
also, how do we take screenshots on this phone? i tried power button+volume up/down and it doesnt work.

I wiped (factory reset), flashed rom, booted. All works aside from root. I can confirm this bug.

Testing this fix now. Gimme just a minute.
So after a long wait and a lot of people asking about it. Here is the full 6.01.605.05 Verizon Wireless OTA. Packaged with the new kernel. The only thing that has been done to it is it is rooted, busybox installed and init.d support enabled. This ROM is still odexed and I've uploaded 2 versions.
1 is full stock with all the apps as if you just got it (with the exception of SU being added.
The other has most of the VZW apps removed.
Feel free to use this ROM as you wish. Use it as a base or whatever. There may be add-ons at some point but I'm not promising them

Flash Su and install cwm or one of the touch recoveries.... I can't post links right now for step by step instructions or where to find them, but they aren't hard to find and search works wonders

Scott glad you got the att note 2 you did a lot to make the rezound a half way decent device. Seeing what you were able to do with an htc phone that wasnt fully unlocked in its infancy I am just waiting to see what you can do with this beast of a phone.
For some strange reason, this zip is not working with the latest version of TWRP (v2.3.1.2) as it finishes but it doesn't do anything at all.

You need to be de-odex to run this.
Wont work well on Stock ROM.

I'm running the same rom but the 15-mod flash worked via twrp. I'm having issues with this mod only.

Yes it does. However it will change your hspa icons to AT&T's version.

Probably pulled for newer mods - - it was there in December 2012 anyway.
This is a stock rooted de-odex version of the AT&T OTA that was pushed 12/27/2012. Its version is I317UCALK7.

Personally I like n7105 better, but this is a dedicated AT&T Stock ROM.
There are couple differnences in the settings, for example you loose quickpanel settings like the 7105 ROMS have. There was something else too... But other than that its all the same... Plus you get all the AT&T Bloat, etc, lol

Pretty sure it wont say normal being that its rooted and no checks have been removed.

Can I have a link to the actual un-rooted odexed stock ROM
Thanks so much for your hard work. Can I just flash this over existing base AT&T ROM or do we need to do full wipe?

If I wanted to do the full control multiview mod (allow any app to be used) which one would I use every carrier/rom seems to have its own mod for it.

Important Info!
You must install the complete Safe Strap Recovery version 3.75. Recommend installing on Stock Slot. Make back up FIRST!
Tether will work with or with out a plan. It still uses your data. Of course Verizon knows your tethering. Its there network!
Cant see your accounts in settings? Switch to "Tab View"

Post #2 states that this would actually work on the Dev Phone as long as you have the stock kernel, its just not supported by me because I dont have the dev phone.
I generally own support devices I own. I own the retail / non dev phone.
Look forward to some donations when I get home later after work!
