When I load XNA game studio 4 I only see options for xbox 360 and zune. If program something for zune does that mean I'd be able to use it on windows mobile 7 phone?

RT = Windows 8(.1) based but on ARM, so comparable to Windows 8.1 Store if the app supports both (Phone and Desktop/Tablet).

I get this device now, I need this only watching movies and reading. But Windows RT is very uncomfortable. Some apps not have close icon and etc.
Are any chance to get android or windows 10 for this device? Or any other operating system...
