[REQ] 200 dpi dialer - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989

This is the only dialer i've ever had that doesn't scale to 200 dpi.
Any chance a coder out there could rewrite the stock dialer to adjust (or just be that size?)
Thanks!

This is my current dialer. Everything else in the phone tab (contacts, call log) scales, just not this.

this half worked for me, the mulit dpi dialer worked, tbut then i flashed a theme and it went back to small

i wish i could credit whoever made this but this worked for me in unnamed rom and siyah kernal

ex dialer is very cool. but when i bring up the keypad in a call (to push buttons while waiting for customer service, for example) the keypad is still all screwy.
I installed the above contacts file, but that didn't help, unfortunately.
Anyone fix this yet?

Anybody find another dialer that works with our phones? I'm not a huge fan of the stock dialer.

ended up dumping touchpal dialer... Watchdog was flagging it as hi CPU even when the phone was idle... trying out GoDialerEX right now but have a feeling i'll find myself back with DialerOne... stock dialer is seriously lacking! why cant i click a pic of a contact after typing a few letters of their name and get actiuons like SMS, call, Open contact etc. the way I can with every other dialer??
Same about TouchPal... liked the crispness of the UI

+1 on this one, most of the apps they have are very good and user friendly.
go dialer/contacts is the best out, a lot of options/themes and stable
yup tried all 3 mentioned here and liked go dialer/contacts the most clean with options and had the functions I liked.

Yup... I'm running GoDialer EX at 200 as opposed to the stock 240 density and all is well... The green "call" butten is a tiny bit stretched but its tons better than the way the stock dialer looks at 200
Anyone know of a dialer like the one is sense...it was great at connecting pictures to Facebook and still only showing my Google contacts

Just thought I'd share with you my Black themed dialer I made whilst browsing the image files in the Contacts.apk. Surprisingly ICS is REALLY easy to theme (Even easier than Gingerbread) So see below screenshots and download links. Thanks

I'm running it on Revolution HD-Galaxy Nexus LTE 2.1.1 with out issue. So yes, it does work on LTE...
But one thing I just found was when in a call and you pull up the dial pad the numbers are the stock blue color again.
Looks great!
Minor problem, though- when putting a contact on a home screen, the icon appears in its depressed form (no, not that kind of depressed)! They are overcast in cyan.
Edit: reflashing.
This may be user error. I've done so much modding to this phone in the past couple days that I'm having trouble keeping some things straight. I think I may have manually replaced the contacts.apk to get the black dialer before flashing this...but still, shouldn't this overwrite that change?

Juggernaut 5.0 Lock Screen

Hi everyone. Right now I'm using the 'Samsung ICS' lock screen on Jugs 5.0. Right now it is transparent which I love, because now I finally don't need a lock screen replacement to have widgets. Everything is visible thru the LS.
One annoyance though, The time and date are visible. Is there anyone that can mod this so the Time and Date are gone?
Here is what it looks like right now:

how did you make your lock screen invisible?

Go to settings display screen display, lockscreen. Set a wallpaper from the wallpaper gallery then reboot into recovery advanced, fix permissions, and your lockscreen should be transparent. At least on Juggernaut.

I just wanted to add that those instructions work on any ROM not just juggernaut.
As for removing the clock and date, one possibility would be to find the png images in framework-res or system ui (I'm not sure which one holds the lockscreen clock images) and replace them with transparent images? Just a thought. Although it may be difficult to match the transparency of the lockscreen exactly. It may take some trial and error.
what launcher are you using?
That, there, be Go Launcher!
Was missing the transparent lock screen I had when running BeastMOD, thanks for the tip.

I'm with you though, would like it to be completely transparent (no time and date)
You have to modify your framework.apk you will find all the numbers for the clock there. Just replace them with a transparent image and you will not see the clock. I left the date on mine because I like to quick check what the date is!
Marty
Could somebody upload a modded version of the framework apk? I don't know how to do it myself yet, and i'd rather not mess with something that I don't know how to do.
Thank you in advance.

Was bored and wanted a more to my liking lockscreen rings/flare. Then got carried away and figured I'd share them.
These will ONLY work on a Touchwiz ROM. Touchwiz is a must. What ROM, or version, or anything else doesnt matter. Will work on ALL Touchwiz ROMs All files are vrThemes that only contain images, so will effect nothing you or any dev has done, it will just replace the lockscreen flare images.
As for actual screen shots. Its a pain in the a** so Im just going to post the main circle, so color/style can be seen.
Install instructions
1. Download zip
2. Reboot into a custom recovery
3. Flash
4.Reboot and enjoy

so I'm wondering if there's a type of theme or something that can change the whole UI to look like the HTC UI?

You are not alone. I once wanted my iPhone to look like Galaxy note. And it did look like ideos. I don't think same platform could alow cross device ui. If u were say on iPhone... Anyway do some research on Google.

Yes you can do this, sorry for my colleagues who would rather cut someone down than help. The 3 apks in the zip below must be extracted then installed normally as user apps. You can then select Sense as your home launcher in device settings.
