[KERNEL]*Matr1x* with BLN and voodoo v25.0 | JB - 4.1.1/4.1.2/4.2 - Nexus S 4G Android Development

Hey guys,
This is the JB version of the Matr1x kernel and it works on 4.1.1/4.1.2 and 4.2.
Features:
Code:
- 1.32Ghz OC
- Based on Linux kernel version 3.0.31
- Voodoo sound and color (Thanks to supercurio)
- BLN (Thanks to neldar)
- BFS (Thanks to Con Kolivas)
- Fast Charge by Chad Froebel (Be sure to buy his widget here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.incredicontrol.fastchargewidget)
- Bigmem (Thanks to _thalamus for the working implementation)
- ROW I/O Scheduler
- 4.2 Bluetooth fix (thanks to DerTeufel)
- Vibration control (thanks to DerTeufel)
- SmartassV2 governor
- USB OTG (thanks to sztupy)
- CIFS
- MTP (thanks to abev66 for the AnyKernel method)
**Ezekeel's mods** (Thanks to Ezekeel)
- BLD
- Touch Wake
- Wheatley Governor
- Custom Voltage Interface
Changelog:
v22.5 Updated kernel base for JB, added all my favorite *useful* features and removed a ton of pointless stuff, changed LCD voltage to 2.3V, and used the Bcmdhd PM_FAST in standby.
v23.0 Reverted kernel base back to 3.0.31 for speed and stability, reverted the LCD UV, and added the interactive governor (with input boost).
v23.5 Added 1.2Ghz OC, Touch Wake, Voodoo Color, and CM versions.
v24.0 Added 1.32Ghz OC, 100% battery charge fix (cosmetic), and wheatley governor.
v24.5 Added DerTeufel's 4.2 bluetooth fix, the ROW I/O Scheduler, and Ezekeel's Custom Voltage Interface.
v25.0 Added DerTeufel's vibration control interface for his Helly Bean ROM, fixed the 100Mhz not sticking issue, added the SmartassV2 governor, added USB OTG, added CIFS, and added MTP (this might not work on all the ROMs, so just let me know on which ones it does work).

Dang. I just got 2 lock ups. One the screen was black and didn't do anything and the other time it just froze. Both times on the charger. Going to keep running it cuz its too good and I can get over the lock ups now that I have a back up alarm clock lol.

Weird.....I have been running for a while now w/o any issues. Maybe voltages?

[Q] About MIUI and SetCPU

Hello, I just wanted to know what a good setcpu profile you guys would recommend for MIUI 1.21.11 and stock kernel that comes with the ROM?

No one huh.

I've never used profiles on any MIUI build. I'm on 1.1.28, I OC it to 1152, governor on smartass and leave it.

BSOD.
Or Black Screen Of Death.
Are you stock or using a custom kernel?
Don't undervolt, if you are...
And up your lowest CPU slot if it's below stock.
Potentially change governor to one that isn't an automatic HotPlug.

Running liquidsmooth beta1 with trinity kernel governor on ondemand.

Sometime the beta roms have SoD (Sleep of Death) I thinks this is the reason why your phones can't wake up

Samurai uses the same Ezekiel colors as trinity. and his colors are too blue. Also I had quite a few issue with lock ups which are non existent with my samurai kernel. My brother is forced to use Franco since his phone can't handle the 512 gpu in it and his phone constantly is soft booting and freezing etc.

Anything but a tmo base rom will show a h instead because tmo doesn't have real 4g lte and that's what the 4g stands for....the h is tmo 4g...

It always shows "3g "when idle. As soon as you need it, the 4g radio kicks on. Power conservation I think. I was freaked out at first also, but it works great. And battery life on cm10 with hotcakes kernel is fantastic.

Dude...that is a good antutu score. Best I got @1.7 was and GPU script was 8600. What tweaks and kernel are you running? What governors?
I'm also running v6 script and I never got close to that score.
Nicely done.

What app?

Hey there everyone. I am new to the Nexus 4 and was just curious what app you guys prefer for cpu control?
On my S2 I used Trickster Mod among others.
I'm currently running AOKP w/ faux kernel.

I use Franco kernel updater simply because I use Franco kernel.

I'm using faux kernel too, and using FauxClock and FauxDisplay to control both kernel and display settings, they worth the price
It depends on the kernel since a lot of developers have there own apps to tweak their personal kernels. Trickster is safest for all of the kernels but try out the developer apps as well(if they are free)
