I expanded on what Paul was doing with his script here. Props to him for figuring it out.
I didn't like the idea of having to run another script, so I integrated it into sauce. Seems to be working for me so far!
A wipe will be required after pushing the changes to your phone, since the database must be recreated.
You need two changes, one in ContactsProvider and one in frameworks/base
frameworks/base change
packages/providers/ContactsProvider change
Should be able to cherry-pick the two without issues I hope!

Did you have franco's kernel before? I'm pretty sure that was one of the known culprits of GTA 3 not working properly

1- just flash stock (i used ITL41F);
2- cd device/samsung/maguro/
3- connect phone to adb
4- ./extract-files.sh
5- from the top of the tree, 'make clobber' and 'make clean'
6- rebuild

Yes !! I downloaded this rom yes its nice but coming from pauls rom (modoco) i missed the invisable search buttons !! Had to go back to pauls rom . I realy hope those invisable search buttons becomes standard . Jmo

When you guys lunch, do you see arm-v7-neon in target arch? Shouldn't it be omap? This has been bugging me for a while now, do I need to pass another argument to lunch or make?

OMAP is the type of chip. ARM v7 is the type of instruction-set architecture it uses.
Many chips use the ARM set.
Bluetooth wasn't working for me on this for some reason. I have stereo bluetooth headphones so this is a must. You did good stuff on the vibrant and G2X so I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

somebody PLEASE help do a ics or honeycomb rom for p1010. i don't understand why p1000 can have ics and not p1010 as they are identical except for the 3g.

What is Paranoid Android?
This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode.
This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually.

Main function:in this app,you can turn off app's HWA to improve app's load speed and run speed.
OK.now lets talk one v's CM9 or CM10, I wanna hack this ActivityThread.smali in framework.jar /android/app/ to add this mod, but nothing happened. so I Decompiled the classes.dex. found error in ActivityThread.java.so I gave up.
I think It's very useful for our one v.and hope developers add this function.

It depends - but in general this can speedup the initial load of an app
to take only half of the time
Since this is fully optional - without changing build.prop nothing happens
I will include this in my next build for you to test.

It is written only when app is initially started in s+ms
But dont expect too much from this. The results will vary
Download links removed, it's just 4.2.2 framework and apps with 4.3 in the names. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I thought this was 4.3 from the beginning myself. noticed that when im in settings and in display i cant change the brightness. pop-up says settings has stopped. but i am able to change the brightness via the toggle in the status bar

Yeah settings is a bit screwed. We couldn't figure out how to get it working right while trying to maintain pure AOSP settings by removing all of the CM settings.

Because samsung hasn't released source code for 4.2.2, because its not out officially (Everyone that has a samsung phone and is involved in development knows how slow samsung is with version updates,) And for 4.3, this is a leaked build ported from the Xperia Z. We would have much rather tried AOSP, but every attempt with a AOSP rom (Such as the Google edition S4 rom) we couldn't get the system to boot, so we stuck with what we could get working. We would have rather used all of google's sources, but there wasn't much of any other way for us to do it, especially since all of the AOSP roms for the d2att are built using CM libraries. It's a mess of what we've done, i know but at least we were able to bring it over to the device.

Well, like I said I'm still able to help test the rom and look for bugs, but I need someone to help develop on it.
I think port from galaxy s4 4.3 ROM would be better. If @CNexus Ported HTC sense to a Samsung device using a CM10 kernel, we can do better.
I'm up to give help, I stopped MIUI till I fix some things. Only I'm a viable on weekends

From what we figured out when we tried the S4 4.3 port, refused to boot no matter what we did, The Xperia Z booted without any issue, just with bugs.

You are welcome to use and fix whatever you can. I actually have no developer experience, Lemagex was the one fixing the bugs, I was the one testing for him, since he has an Xperia Z, and I have the i747.

still looking to fix the com.android.phone FC, i cant set my APN
still looking to fix the APN issue , since im not on att, i have to manually set my apn.
i made a rom based off the one in the op, i just only added google chrome, and Gallery2 camera from Cm10.1 rom.
the GalleryGoogle camera will still FC taking a pic, cuz is lib related and not the app of fremwork.jarrelated.
