Market apps unwanted syncing - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hey all,
Been having an issue and wanted to know if anyone has experienced the same thing.
I recently added a second Gmail account for my school email, and the first time it automatically downloaded some apps that I guess were downloaded from the market under that account. This is fine and I expected that, however...
I deleted all of the apps it downloaded because I don't want them anymore. A little while later it proceeded to download them all AGAIN without me doing anything. I deleted them a second time and then when I got home and connected to the wifi, it again downloaded all of the same apps.
Any idea on why it is doing this?
Thanks

Thanks. So it's normal for it to "restore" my apps more than once after adding an account, and after I delete them multiple times?

Multiple Google contacts...plz help!

Not sure how it happened, but for most of my contacts I have about 3 identical google profiles for...I noticed this when I go to send a text...I get about 3 cell #s, 3 home #s, etc for each person...wondering if there is something I'm missing to clear out? Thanks in advance, just mildly annoying

Might be a stupid question but..... have you checked your google account? Are they on there multiple times too?
Do you have more than one gmail account linked with your android phone? If so, do you also have these contacts on separate accounts?
Go to your contacts app and hit the menu button and check your display options too. See if something weird's going on there.
Or you can delete the data for your contacts through the Application manager and let it resync in case data was corrupted some how.

I actually get the same thing but I'm heavily modded and just live with it. For me I'm on 1.1 of Srf and running the honeycomb theme of amosher. Also sync across two main mail accounts with my mandatory Gmail account not being one of them.

Clear the google services framework data.
First, I must apologize for posting in the wrong forum...meant to put in Q&A...sorry. And thanks for the suggestions...I cleared the data in the contacts storage, clear google services framework...reset the sync...unfortunately nothing worked...just weird...shows like 3 linked google accts under every contact...I can delete them manually, but upon reboot, they come right back...oh well, guess I'll just deal with it too...thanks again!

Go to the sync settings and uncheck the Contacts option on all but one of them and then reset it again.
Login to Gmail on a PC and try merging duplicates under contacts/more actions.
Nicenice...yours was the winner...thank you! & thanks to all who responded, I appreciate it

Happened to me once.. I've always had my contacts on gmail, but I once used a different back up app that restored my contacts, suddenly, I had two gmail entries for every person.. both on my phone and in gmail.. solution was to go on gmail on a comp and delete dup contacts

First thing after new ROM

Hello.
What is the first thing (or first few things) you do after flashing a new ROM?
Me: disable data =D; I get charged like crazy if I leave it on. I turn it back on only when needed.
The very first thing I do is hit reboot in recovery.
via xda app

Same here, make sure I'm signed into my google account and get all my contacts back. Or else I get texts from people and don't know who they're from
Praying to god this would be my last flash. I managed to accomplish that.
Restore contacts and accounts
same here, then reboot.
I disable data..enable wifi and set up my google account, change my wallpaper and titanium restore.
The first thing I do is fill my Google Account in order to reinstall my free apps from the Market and my address book contacts to see if the memory below Ext is well behaved and if so restored with titanium backup.
disabling/freezing apps/services that i dont want, and make my data connection 2g for more batter : O)
Coffee and cigarette and thinking about next step/rom

Google Bookmarks gone from SGS3 browser

I recently formatted my AT&T Galaxy S III SGH-I747 to factory to get a fresh start in the mist of rumored Jelly Bean update coming soon. I synced my phone with google to get all my app data and profiles and such. Some reason my bookmarks I had saved to my gmail account are not only gone but I dont have the option to save new bookmarks to the gmail account. Anyone know how to fix this? Saving bookmarks locally on phone isnt enough for me. I thought syncing them with google was enough.

Tip : Deleting Locked Bookmarks on Galaxy Note 2

The Rogers version of the Galaxy Note II , SGH-I317M , comes preloaded with a number of bookmarks in the Internet browser.
Those bookmarks are locked, they can not be deleted , put in a folder or even moved in the bookmark list.
Anyhow, found a tip that deleted them...
(It also deletes your bookmarks, and resets all browser settings at a minimum)
Settings / Storage / Applications / All
Find Internet then Force Stop , Clear Cache, Clear data
Not sure of everything it does, but it reset all the browser's settings back to default and wiped all bookmarks, mine and Rogers.
They were replaced with a few standard ones like Google, Facebook, etc, but those can be deleted or moved.
Note the original data file was 27MB , after the process and restarting the browser the data file was only 1.1MB,
so not sure what was in it originally but the browser seems back to normal once I reset my options.
Worked on att note

OMG, thank you, thank you, thank you, att note 2 was driving me nuts, finally no yp mobile on the contacts but the stupid book marks were locked.
Bookmarks
Thanks, this works on T Mobile GN2
Does anyone know how to remove the "other bookmarks" envelope under your email?
I was playing around with Kies Air the other day and was able to delete the "permanent bookmarks" one-by-one by browsing the phone from my laptop, without needing to erase settings, cache, etc.
Thanks worked with a verizon note 2

[Q] Unable to Sync SNote

Good day to all, I'm on stock ROM, but I'm unable to Sync like the picture shows. Maybe I delete some apps for the syncing process?
Please help I don't want to flash all over again.
Sent from my GT-N7100 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
To sync ur snote,u must have a samsung account with previous snote backup made..
If u dont have sam account , u won't b able to sync notes..if u have a sam account with backup made from previous rom then go to settings> accounts> > samsung account and hit sync all.
That's it

I also got a bit different and the same issue. The thing is its from s memo. I used to have the s3. But when i sync import from the samsung account i can see the text preview. But after the import it just transforms to a blank drawing board.
Any ideas?

I do have a Samsung account also I've already used S Note. U think that what happened in my case is that I've deleted some application related to S Note sync.
Anyway I think I'll have to download the entire firmware and flash via Odin.

Samsung sync is notoriously unreliable. I've had to factory reset to get mine working again on two separate occasions. Now I've given up on it and just use drop sync.

However SNote is a great application, I believe it's the only one that allows writing with the hand on screen and reject the hand touches.
