If you want you can download the Israeli PCL rom for i9000t.
Yes, its Israeli, but it also has Arabic support.
you can download the latest one from http://fus.nanzen.se/ and look in the I9000T section and download the Israel (PCL) one.

can I flash a European firmware of bada 1.2 with a csc taken from another Asian or Arabic firmware to add my language to it?
IF not can anyone give me a link of how to use wave remaker or trix to add my prefered language to any firmware? or mention the steps?

and none for Asia
waiting for bada 2.0 portugal (TPH) for Wave I
