[HELP NEEDED!] Kernel with CIFS support for DHD ICS ROM

Hi!
Can anybody help me to get or make a kernel which supports CIFS? I've searched through the forum but all kernels for ICS DHD ROM's which I've tried was without CIFS. For now I'm using ViperDHD 2.3.0(ROM) + PachaRX-VS4 2.9(Kernel). Is there any possibility to rebuild PachaRX-VS4 2.9 from sources and enable CIFS support?
Thanks!

[Q] init.d supported stock kernel

Any stock kernels with added init.d support?
Currently i use acro68's custom stock kernel from the recovery/root tread but this one has no init.d support.
I only find kernels with init.d who have a list of other changes and for AOSP
thanks
