[Launcher] VistaLauncher V1.2 updated! again!

hi guys!
i design a Launcher based on Vista Aero (200dpi)

the launcher APK is from Cyanogen 3.9.8 rom
you can download it here if you like but i will create a better one soon!

is this only installed thru adb? I installed the normal way it says installed(astro) but there is no changes..pardon my noob retardness...

It's a system protected file, so astro can't install it. Push through ADB, it's easier

anyway to use terminal to install

Very nice launcher.

Let's say I don't have adb....
i used su.fb app and moved the launcher to system/app and tried installing it there..I lost my home button and still no changes...tried jus moving it there ..and a reboot and I got black screen..wiped n flashed now I'm back to square 1 is it even possible to make the changes with the su.fb app??

oh.. i didnt install it that way
i just put it in a theme the flashed give me a link to your desire rom and i put it in for you so the only thing you do is install new update

Would this launcher work on 3.9.10?

I flashed the 1.2 full rom, after the setup it went into a blank screen. When i press the end button, and pressed it again i can see the lockscreen. When i unlock my phone it just goes back to the black screen.

[FIX] Statusbar dropdown image fix for custom roms!

No new version links will be provided, ask your ROM-maker to include fix!
As the title says this fixes the messed upp image stretching in the statusbar dropdown that occurs in custom roms for some reason.
As the other parts of the UI looks nice this kinda pissed me off I know, I got my serious problems eh, jks
- I made an flashable zip (download below) ONLY for Android Revolution HD 2.1.0 to fix this.
(Should work with previous versions, but as always, make a BACKUP!)
- Also included a ZIP with pure images for devs to use!
NOTE THAT THIS REMOVES ANY CUSTOM STATUSBAR ICON/BATTERY MOD YOU HAVE, STOCK HTC BATTERY ICON IS USED.
ASK THE DEV TO INCLUDE THIS FIX IF YOU LIKE IT

Is there something wrong with the file that's been uploaded? Have tried downloading via both the phone and a PC, and file only seems to be 500kb and invalid.
Also, where did you get that battery icon? It's not stock ?

What the hell, the zips are damaged? I can see They work perfect on my pc and flashing to phone works flawlessly.. hmm gonna put up download links to external sites instead.
The battery icon seen in the pic are my own creation, I'm not really 100% satisfied with it so aint gonna release the battery mod I think.

It looks pretty decent to me!
If you could make it a bit thinner, and also blue (so it looks like the AOSP ICS battery icon), i think it would be perfect!
EDIT: Waiting for the ARHD 3.0.0 version ...

I found that by going into LeeDroid tweaks, going into notification bar caption and restarting status bar fixed the problem, and it seems to stick.

ARHD 3.0.0 fix download link is online Hehe well it was thinner first but didnt stick nice with the other icons so.. I dont think blue ICS fits with the htc theme so its probably not gonna happen
Doing a white, MIUI kinda style battery mod first, then we'll see

Can i use it on insert coin build?

Add another icon shortcut into the dock, and it will be fine like in the screenshot....the launcher is for x/hdpi devices, fixing those bugs(WIP):good:

PS: Maybe it's a good idea to set up that donation function in xda

Fantastic rom! First non-Sense UI for the Wildfire I enjoy. Only thing that in the stock web browser is that it wont register my touches on the google webpage. This also happened on your TouchWiz Rom. Haven't tried alternative browsers yet.
P.S. INT2EXT4+ works

indeed, you mentioned the protection.smali.
this aint working for 4.2.2 M7 prism.apk
There is something missing or blocking this amended protection.smali.
And flashing stock the butterfly or dna prism.apk results in a borky launcher
Thats why i attempted this mod without real smali knowledge.

all the version I post @ OP..check them out..
Now I am working on the way can let users select which way they want to
either with blinkfeed or no blinkfeed select from the home personalize
Without blinkfeed, acts like sense4+..

Cant find it there man,
extracted the folder but the home_nav_bg is the stock one
Theres a couple of extra pngs there but not that one

In on trickdroid and I replaced this prism with the one the ROM came with and my phone won't boot I had to reflash the ROM, any fix ?

anyone try this on ViperOne 1.2.1??

replace the prism with your current rom inside the zip file reflash it and will revent the changes... plus will boot!

thanks m8,was thinking of implementing the white statusbar from miui rom

I only have 1 question... i see clockJB+ in the ROM which is warez...
Can you make another update and replace the clockJB+ with regular stock clock by cm7

status bar images shud work like,duno about transparent status bar tho.then maybe change the colour of the statusbar clock to white.o really?thanks for info,will include the original deskclock that came with GDX which is acheps mod.didn't know JB Clock is warez just thought it was another backportred app like Apollo.no harm meant in adw just all apps button replaced with custom one.the dot page indicators already in app.its adw version. 4.6

Yeah man, this rom is fastest and really beautifull, and now i can say that i have a performance and smooth ROM
