I get an Desire by a friend. It is Net-unlocked
Hboot is 0.93 and Android is 2.2
I want to install now ICS on this desire?
What steps should i do?

Find the Development Section and lookup Advance Ace Hack Kit. Follow the "Effin Manual". It will take care of the rest.
