Yes. Just take a copy of the Creed's Home APK and install on your Hybrid ROM.

I just recently downgraded from cm9 to cm7 and if I cant use my theme from apex i'll go back ]:

Is there a way I can flash the stock launcher, and wipe the CM one?

Since you are running Cyanogen Mod there is no way to get the Stock Touchwiz launcher on your current rom.
You cant run samsung touchwiz apps on a non touchwiz rom. Only way is to go back to a touchwiz rom.
The closest way is to use third party launchers to mimic the look of touchwiz.
