HTC Keyboard form HTC ONE X - port ? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

as they htc one x with 720p screen came out, someone may be able to port the HTC keyboard to our GN? in the past it was one of the best keyboards and supports many more languages than ICS keyboard.

Probably not. Most Sense items require other sense stuff.
Someone may figure it out though.
It just depends on the level of integration the keyboard has and how different it is from stock android.

the old HTC_IME was ported to non-sense devices.

New Sense 4 kb is really good, I wish someone could port it
But for older one, google HTM-IME mod also nice but its from Froyo and is not multitouch

Smart keyboard pro was the answer..buy anxiously waiting for Sense 4 keyboard...

More importantly, it is for hdpi devices.

How hard would it be to change it to fit our screens? I will try but I do not know what needs to be changed.

agree!bought nexus for the absence of proprietary-eat-ram-UI.hate all the stuff involved on the classic ui out there, likes touchwiz, sense, motoblur etc etc.
i don't know why lost hours and hours of development to try to port a thing(proprietary UI)that is the major reason why many users choose to buy a ggogle experience phone.i don't want to be rude, tastes are tastes, but i personally dislike all the uis out there.
anyway,if you desire that,i'm glad to will see that someone will have it workin!

I used HTC phones for over 2 years (before GNEX), and i can say im sick of sense/touchwiz and rest manufacturer ui..
I bought this phone so i can make my own ui.
But if OP likes sense, its his taste/needs.. Good luck in finding sense on gnex mate

I was hoping for a response like this, being a Samsung lover, I know Samsung are good at supporting the Dev community so I was asking this to see if someone could give me an insight in to how HTC are with Devs?
Also how is the themeing on HTC phones because I know Samsung phones get themed quite easily?
Thanks

I was thinking this. But I doubt it, as that version was made for the iPad only, so dont think it was ported to Android through the S3.
BUT.... if they make a version for android tablets, then i'm sure someone could port it to work with our HOX.
That would be sweet.

also if you have problems with flipping pages back, disable forced gpu rendering and it'll work fine.

[THEME] Sense 4 Theme for CM10/AOKP

Are you on CyanogenMod10? Did you flash Jelly Bean on your HOX? Missing the Sense skin and icons? Well look no further!
This theme has recently been updated and you can now get the Sense-y feel back! All we need now is the Sense camera!
"This theme is based on the official HTC ROM Sense 4. The best pictures in high definition, valid for XHDPI and HDPI (1006 devices)."
But if from Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.BlackDub.theme.Sense4
Looks very nice, first time I've seen a Sense theme that fully looks like Sense. Nice work!
