My location on the clock weather widget is my township instead of my city. Is there any way to change this? Seems to be only a problem when wi-fi is enabled.
The HTC weather widget always keeps saying United Kingdom instead of my current location and this annoys the hell out of me. Will there ever be a fix for this?
It's perfect for me, says the exact village I'm in.
Try clearing data, and make sure you have location services turned on in settings somewhere.
Maybe you just keeping off you networking services? Anyway you should wipe wiget data.
the weather widget on hy home screen says "no weather data available"
I have wifi connection, and have GPS turned on for my location.
If I tap the weather widget and open the weather app it says " unable to display current weather, tap refresh for updates.... I tap refresh it gives the same message... I tap a second time.. and voila.. the weather appears.
when i open weather settings.. the scheduled sync option is greyed out
and update schedule every hour is also greyed out
if I go to Account & sync settings and open weather... the update schedule "every hour is not greyed out but in bold ??
how do I just get this to update my wether every hour?
I think this is a problem with the weather supplier, which is AccuWeather. I had this problem last week. I could get weather for certain areas (typically larger cities), but not my location. After 4-5 days it suddenly started working again.
Ive noticed it to be sporadic at times, then hour or so later it works again.
AccuWeather might be culprit as i've used PC apps that use their data which also sometimes drops out.
i cant see any option to change the weather supplier. It seems to happen consistently.. not just occasionally...
I would like to receive weather info for a fixed location (zip code in the U.S.) on my GT2 rather than tracking current location. Is it possible to disable GPS location access for the Health App and just supply that single location?
that is not possible. as soon as the watch is connected to the phone, it will pick up the current location.
My location icon stays on 24/7 anyone know why
