it works fine after soft reset. thanks.
quick question. there was a way to change the registry to obtain other OEM market access. However, that method lead to non functionality of any market app installed on the phone after using it a few times. Only a hard reset or restore of a backup would cure the phone. I assume this method does not have that problem.
I tried a few OEMs and so far no problems. thanks again.
since it only works after soft reset, maybe an option to reboot the phone would be nice.

glad you find it useful. when you save OEM and/or MO they are saved in !SavedDefault folder in the application's folder.
When I tap on Save OEM, I get to see Save MO but when I tap on Save MO, the app exits.

does the LKG_MOStoreConfig.xml get saved to !SavedDefault folder in the application's install folder? or does it just close the app without saving?
i am changing the way OEM & MO are saved in the next release; will be done automatically on first boot of application.
hope to release it tonight or tomorrow, depending on time.
saw article about Market Select on WPXBOX, added link to original post.

this happened to me before with the old xap files where you apply one for each oem ,,,
is there the same risk here with this one?
which XAP files? I haven't had any problems with Market changing with Market Select thus far.

Market Select uses the same style of implementing the Market change, but not in the same method.

Note: Make sure ur dev is Super CID unlocked, download mtty & do commad below:
CMD> task 32
Level=0 (super CID)
then u r set to flash ur cava
METHOD 1
1. Before flashing make sure you have done hard SSPL, if not pls use the attach SSPL-Hard.zip & do a hard SSPL or refer HERE
2. Flash the rom

1. Download ROM
2. Rename RUU_signed.nbh to CavaIMG.nbh
3. Copy to miniSD (miniSD must be below than 2G) which was formatted with FAT32
4. Reboot is bootloader mode (Camera+Recorder+Power)

Note: I have not tested this rom full functionality ... if there is bug do report it but i cant promise that it will be fixed.

I just went home and flashed my Cava with your rough ROM. First of all, it didn't brick my phone That says, the ROM basically is done, only some issues left to address, and they're as followed:
+ Sounds and Profiles problems as known; Selecting Sounds gives me the "Setting couldn't be opened" but doing the Profiles does allow me to open it; however, I can't either edit any profile or switch among them. The overall system sound is pretty low, may be because of this setting issue.
+ Beam applet inside Connections is able to be opened, but can't be saved when the option's checked, giving the "Settings couldn't be saved".
+ Accessibility applet can't be opened also, giving the error related to accessib.xml, saying that it can't be loaded.
+ Unlike WM6.1 HTC Excalibur I used before, Contacts just doesn't display contacts I've stored on SIM. I also checked the registry key, which is ShowSIM under HKCU\ControlPanel\Phone\ , the value is 1 which's supposed to show SIM contacts as it should, but It doesn't.
+ The OS is not application pre-unlocked, that's not a prob, but maybe the reg key 0000101b under HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies should be pre-changed to 1 to ease the unlock procedure after each HR. You know, to unlock it, PC connection is neccessary to run the tool, so when we're not near one, our apps just boo at us challengingly
+ The Java Manager is probably out of date, I got a new one and it's proven that It's usable with most of java apps I've tried to installe. I couldn't do it with the one that came with the original WM6.0 Cava ROM. Just guess this one is the same, 'cos the version and icon look pretty much identical.
+ After using for a while, when I go to Start menu, out of the blue, the two softkey letters on the bottom bar are just vanished, I can still press them with guess though.
+ The Streaming Media tool seems to be un-usable, 'cos I've tried both WIFI connection and Wired connection (with my PC to the NET, and my Cava to it), but I just can't get it to play any youtube file on m.youtube.com (which it's supposed to be able to handle this).
+ Just my suggestion, but in the official release, maybe you can consider adding those useful tools to the ROM, on my previous WM6.1 Excalibur, they were pre-intergrated and quite useful. I'll attach (some of) them here as well. Here's the list:

Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't you port another newer build of WM, say 19513 or something? 'cos I've seen somewhere in this forum about some new builds for WM-based Smartphones. Maybe those builds are just incompatible with our Cava or something?

-And have to manually add txt messge call center didnt upload from carrier or sim. Tried to manually add it but only gives errors.
-Also i dont see the built in msn messnager tool i had. Does anyone know where i can find a cab for it?

I'm having probs with sending SMS, seems message center has not been added as you said. I believe MSN messenger has been replaced by Windows Live in WM6.1, however I don't see it too. I don't use this much so I hardly noticed the absence.

Push Calendar button to get connection with PC
Always HARD-RESET iPAQ after update!

I coudn't get them with kitchen - so the kitchen is in trash for a time now

Read my previous post, you need to rename the spiaatie_WM_6_5.nbf file to ipaqrom.nbf then get your previous hpRUU.ini from the 6.1 installation along with the .dll driver files

Is there a windows mobile 6.5 beta crack so it won't expire?? I love this OS Please help
Stupid question - My Hx2495 is still on WinM5, but I don't need to run the extra HX2110 / HX2410 at all, and just the 6.5 update, correct?

Works for me - succesfully made a gmail account.
Exactly, on the Today screen I clicked on E-mail (Set Up E-mail).
Next thing I see is the messaging screen where I clicked on <Menu> <Tools> <New Account...>. The screen that is coming back is the same as the opening screen.
When I click in the Today screen on Messaging (bottom right) then I get a different screen with <Setup E-mail>. But when I tap I also go back to the wrong screen ("To create a new message, tap Menu, then tap New.").
Normally I should get a screen where I can setup my IMAP Gmail settings. It does m not however. Maybe I should flash again. I came from 6.1 (the newer build).

To resolve the "close application" problem I am using quick menu 2.7. After installing tap on the top left corner of the screen and you will find something like a startmenu, from the list tap on close program. There is also an additional feature like you can view your RAM usage, battery performance, etc directly from the top of the screen.

Tomtom not installing

Your ROM is really quick and complete. Only one problem in my case, couldn't see the tomtom icon in the programs list. reinstalling tomtom 6 onmy PC didn't help either. Even though I could use TomTom Home to load maps and voice, I can't run the application and don't see in ActiveSync "Add/remove programs".
Any idea?

Try the latest version of TOMTOM 7.916.9189 for HTC Devices. Mine is working fine with some tweaking for further info visit http://forum.ppcwarez.org/viewtopic.php?f=264&t=53303
If the problem still persist try freeing up RAM.

(1) possible to remove the Thai keyboard program? I find it interferes with special characters display.

Its true the Thai character interferes with special char, I am still working on it. Till the time being I'll suggest to use Resco keyboard as it has separate mode for special char and the keys are also quite big that makes it a finger friendly keyboard. I am using it and hope you will also find useful.

First FLASH, first opinion!!
Hey Kenau.
This was my first time i did a flash on my P3300.
First of all i have to say that you ROM is really good. I had no issues at all.
The thing is I'd like to flash an other ROM with the M2D (if I spell it right), but I had a problem with it. I did the CID, and as I started to flash it sad that the image size is not correct or something. I'm looking forward to fix this problem, because at this moment i didnt find a proper solution.
Maybe someone will post and help me.
Anyway, maybe I found a small bug. As I installed the IGo8, it went good, i can use it etc., but if i want to endit the HOMESCREEN, and add there the IGo8 icon, the phone stops responding. Maybe a bug, maybe I did something wrong.
Anyway, looking forward for you work, and hope some new ROM's will come out from your kitchen.

I think, that in this ROM set up Czech regional setting is not possible. I´m using ROM from Emrulez http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=566595 , there is it OK.

after some research in the web I found a way to buy apps from the market without the need of a credit card!!!
With this little mod you will be able to pay the apps through your T-Mobile contract bill!
This Is Only For T-Mobile/Vodafone Germany Users!!!
For Other Provider And Countries Please Search In Google!!!
Tested And Working On KL1 Stock ROM And ICS KP1 ROM!!!
Instructions:
1. Device must be rooted!
2. Go to system folder and open build.prop as text file! Use Root Explorer for this!
2.1 Gingerbread Users:
- Search for the line "ro.com.google.clientidbase=***"
- Instead of *** you write "android-tmobile-de"
- At the end it should look like:
"ro.com.google.clientidbase=android-tmobile-de"
- Of course without the ""!!!
- Save and close the build.prop!
2.2 ICS Users:
- Here we don't have that line at all!!!
- We create it on our own!
- Choose any empty line in the build.prop file
- Write down the line:
"ro.com.google.clientidbase=android-tmobile-de"
- Of course without the""!!!
- Save and close the build.prop!
3. Go to app settings and choose the market.
4. Force the app to stop and clear data.
5. Start the app and check if you can pay through your contract bill!!!
6. For me it didn't show me at first. After a restart I was able to pay through bill!

Have fun buying anything you want but don't forget you STILL have to pay for the apps!!! With your next T-Mobile Bill you will see it!!!

Yes its going on slowly...the only problem is that you normaly need a branded rom so you are able to pay this way...but with this little mod market see it as branded rom and that way you can pay through charge or contract
i'm not able to pay via contract bill, keep trying for more than 2 weeks.

While doing you should also be connected via 3G, not WIFI
I read, somebody changed only the first line and it worked.
I changed both and also worked (but Vodafone)

I tried it very very often, of course with 3g and no wifi connection, stopping market and clearing data and restart the phone.
I don't have an idea what happend now, nothing changed to build.prop since 5 days.
Now I stoppd market-> cleared data -> start market -> accept the t&c -> shut down -> restarted -> stopped market -> cleared data -> started market -> accept t&c -> IT WOKR'S

as far as i know just telekom and vodafone works at the moment. other providers doesnt activated it till now. when it happens i will inform you guys.
It's important that the option to block third party providers isn't set, it won't work otherwise

Whats with the RM803_12w07_prod_generic_nokia_osbl.esco file that is in your lumia 900 folder (RM-803 is a Lumia 710)?

Probably a mistake, the real unlocked bootloader is installed using ATF.
I know the bootloader can only be written by ATF. I did follow the topic in the original thread.
The topics on the custom roms are confusing to people who did'nt follow development and are assuming these are roms they can flash without the use of commercial flash tools like ATF.
Another confusing thing is having bootloaders from other devices floating around in the download folder (named Lumia 900) people are send to. I know i cant flash it to mu Lumia 900 but how many dont know?
We must just wait. Someone finally will get full access to nand or etc and all we can flash our phones via usb, as many other phones. But i can't understand Nokia policy, why make that stupid bootloader? For what? Nokia already selling his phones very hard.

You need the ATF box too. Not just the software.
