Battery status bar Icon?

Ok so i want to change the default battery icon into looking something like this

Is there a way to remplace the default battery icon without having to install some traybar thingy?

Can someone please direct me to where i can find topbar icon packs to go with rooted sense 2.2 please? I see all these people with their cirlcle battery icon and I want it too. Im trying to change the green battery icon to a circular one...

[Q] Changing the personalize icon

Hi.
Id like to change the personalize icon on the bottom left of the rosie homescreen.
I want to achieve what this mod does for another phone. A RCmix3d tweak allows me to map any app to this button.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to switch the nav bar buttons? the back and recents button?

Is there a way to change default 4G icon in status bar?

I really hate the way stock 4G icon looks, it's too big and it ruins the look of status bar for me, so i'm wondering is it possible to change it to look like this
