Looks way better than silver imo. The silver one just looks cheap. I like my brown one, but it's a bit purple-ish. I'd certainly get the white one if it was a free choice.

Oh dammit, why coudln't they have released this earlier? I like my Desire because of it's hardware specs and the UI but it took long for me to decide between a Legend (better design) or Desire. If they would have had this version from the beginning, I'd bought the white/silver one.

I have a black but I would of got a white if it was available back in October. Plus, white ones usually sell for more used. Black is boring. I would of got a pink one for my wife if they had one too. I think orange would have been cool.

I have the black, and I love it. But if the white was out when I got mine, I definitely would have got that one.

Yeah.. i would be nice if they did a couple colors. Its just a plastic casing, couldn't be to expensive to do.

I've had no problems so far. Just a very quick phone, amazing speed, good camera and generally it's perfect. I love the design

Best phone I've ever owned.

5 days in and lovin' it!
Had the xperia s, nexus and s2 before it and got to say this is the best combination of all 3. Yes there are compromises but overall this is the dogs b*ll*cks!

Got mine today too..sold my crappy Note for it..n m glad that I did..its a stunning white beauty..I just kept it on the table n kept looking at it again n again from every angle n it mesmerises me..n its blazing fast n so thin n light n yet feels really solid n premium..gosh Samsung was a plasticy blunder..

Agree with the OP, came from N9. And even though Nokia made the unibody sexy HTC definitely hit the top and it is much nicer too. Now I just need to get rid of these abnoxious speeds and it will last for weeks with only one charge.

Awesome phone I have to agree! I was from iPhone 4. And I must say wow ics on onex is really smooth and fast. Been rooting and flashing custom Roma nonstop its so addictive

Was actually hesitating whether to get htc one x as i was waiting for s3 and iphone 5 but i have no regrets now as i'm loving it!
The stunning screen and after rooting the whole phone gets damn smooth without much lag.
Still playing around with more mods

Ya I know..but I think u haven't owned a Samsung ever..the build quality is pathetic..so cheap n I completely hate the bezel on them..this feels different altogether ..premium n looks stunning...

Try to watch blacks n dark backgrounds on the crappy note..it has serious black clipping n color banding issues..n I lovey One X..

i have owned a beautiful galaxy s2 and yeah first i thought it was cheap and plastic and it sucked. but i did drop that phone so many times and it never once broke or got screen scratched. and actually it felt beautiful in my hand and i loved it to death..now with my latest baby i do love it and i do think it looks a lot sexier than the s2 and you are correct..but it still feels plastic to me and as much as i know people hate me when i say this by far the sexiest phone build quality wise is the iphone 4 for me

Out of the three colors it's probably the one I'd get if I was buying an SGS3. I'd also change the wallpaper to something that worked better with red; the blues aren't cutting it. The blue SGS3's kind of blah in person and I'm not a big fan of white phones. The metallic trim around the phone is dark gray which looks pretty nice. It looks better in actual photos.

The Samsung claimed someday they would match Apple's design. Yeah keep dreaming. In the meantime, Sony and HTC make the most good looking and functional Android phones. And HTC One X the fairest of them all.

I think it looks good. You guys are jokers, you do know the SGS3 uses the same plastic as our HOXs but it's finished with hyper glaze. Oh and the SGS3 feels much better in the hand than the HOX despite its glossy looks.
But I prefer HTCs matte finish any day compared to the HG finish of the Samsung.

Titanium Grey vs Marble White??

Is it my or does the titanium grey look more appealing than the marble white note? On the og note the white one looked much elegant than the black one ... but now I'm debating whether the grey one looks better or I simply just like white :/

Normally I buy dark phones but I really hated the grey note 2 when I saw it in store. However it's all a matter of taste, you have to see both colors and make your own opinion.

Use the savings to buy a genuine flip cover - this way you get the color you want (minus the front, which is not a big deal at all).

Titanium Gray is more appearing and this is why I am not upgrading to 32 GB version and sticking with my gray 16GB. In my market 32GB note 2 is available but only in white. When I bought my phone there was no 32 GB available. Now it is available but only in white. Had it be gray and I would have upgrade it in blink of an eye but white one looks cheap from bazel and the back. Titanium gray looks cool and different from other regular colors.

Does the white have light leakage on the from bezel buttons like the SII did? That is what steered me to preorder it in grey. Looks more professional IMO.

I got the grey model because, while the white model is gorgeous and eye catching, I think it's novelty of having a white device would fade shortly after or I would get tired of putting it on the table or taking it out in front of people. I don't want to look "metro cool" at work, haha. I just want something classy, which the white is, but it's just not for me. I'm used to having BLACK phones and I'm tired of black phones. So when I saw Samsung has the SGN2 in TITANIUM GREY! I thought "whoopie!" hehe. But to be honest, the white is really nice, but I think in the long run the grey version will serve me better . This is of course 100% an opinion.

Thanks, Color doesn't bother me as much, I just need more than 16gb. So there is hope that the 32gb might be in the states sometime. Since there in your area already.

My SIII died and had to be repaired...I lost everything I had stored on internal memory (though I had a backup made days earlier, phew!)

I guess I will. I was hoping for 32g internal and a 64g sd card. But I don't think I can last until it comes over here. But I've waited this long, perhaps one more month will not kill me.

Thanks for your input guys and yes when og note came out I knew right away that I wanted the white one. Now with the note 2 I wasn't sure about whether I wanted the white because I was always attracted to white phones or because it looked better than the grey one. Looking closely at many pics and videos of people actually holding the device upclose I've decided that I will go with the grey one. Two reasons, when I had the white note the slightest scratch on the back was able to be seen and because there's something about those tiny little stripes on the grey one that intrigues me lolll

White phones are designed for people who just care about the looks.
Anyone who is a tiny bit technically competent who never ever put a white bezel around a screen. It is stupid because you lose precious contrast on the gorgeous screen.
Apple should really patent the white bezel so that everyone stop copying it.
