[Q] HTC/Sense FriendStream in CM7?

Is there any way to get the actual FriendStream app working in CM7? I know about Launcher Pro Plus widgets and similar programs like Pure Messenger Widget, but I'm curious about getting some of the actual Sense apps working.
Any tips/advice appreciated!

short answer is no. sense apps/widgets will never work except on a sense base ROM, and CM is aosp.
best thing you can do is find replacement widgets from the market.

[Q] Getting 3rd party notification widgets to work with Themed Gmail

Hi, I'm on the Jelly Thunder ROM and love its Gmail theme. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Pure Messenger widget. I usually use the modified apk provided here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1199518 but then I lose the theme. I tried following the directions in the link to do it myself, but I'm not that good. Is anyone able to get it to work? Many thanks in advance

[Q] cLock weather data not loading

Lately, cLock has not been displaying weather data for me; just a 'Tap to refesh' icon that doesn't seem to do anything. This has been happening across a number of different roms, AOKP & PAC included. I do see someone asking about this in the SIII Q&A forum, and it seemed to be resolved by updating the ROM, unfortunately that doesn't seem to be working for me (or perhaps I need to wait for newer updates).
Has anyone else been experiencing this issue, or have any suggestions to attempt a fix?

I am assuming you are running the stock widget...
here IMO is a better one... World Weather Clock Widget from playstore...
if this one works fine you will know it is the stock widget

[Q] widgets Not refreshing

i got the problem, that my widgets are not refreshing automatically.
I got for example the stock weather widget, myfitnesspal or the Google calendar.
has anybody the same problem or knows a possible solution?

HTC Theme - Popular APPs icons

Hi all,
I have created a new icons pack for HTC apps and popular apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram, BBM, etc. As some of already know that you can change popular apps icons using HTC theme maker, but it's limited to a few popular app. Is there a way to create a complete icon pack on HTC theme maker including apps like Outlook, Snapchat, Telegram, BBM, etc?

On HTC theme, just icons HTC and the popular in Rom and those of Google, not Outlook, Snapchat etc.
