It's a beta release an need more work.
I will be working on this release, but if somebody will use it as a base for a new release

Yes it booted. After it settled down I ATTEMPTED to install Fly kernel 13, but the phone didn't boot up afterwards. I installed Las Venturax 0.6.2 and everything was fine again.
Some observations (in no particular order):
-camera seems to sort of work. I got a FC when trying to take a picture. Did not try video.
-during syncing of gmail account the phone was very slugglish but this was expected
-removed all the sense widgets except the flip clock and it seemed to help speed up the ROM's responsiveness... as did turning off animations. edit: I removed the flip clock too. edit#2: I used setcpu to crank up the min and max to 652MHz and it has helped the unlock ring and general usage. ring unlock is still a little laggy.
-wifi works fine, so does 3G data
-have had a couple of superuser FC's when going into setcpu
-in one instance I received a phone call and hung up after 4 seconds. The phone got really slow and then I got a sense FC which made sense restart.
-whatever version of market is on this ROM is slow
-there is no web browser included in this ROM

edit: was trying to download Gmaps from the market over wifi when market hung and gave me an FC for com.android.mms
u think is it possible to revert back to older Market? the newer Market seems slow on loading, probably heavy on graphics..
i've mirrored the rom on my server here.
the camera can take a pic, but have no zoom function. weather animations seems lacking its animation(like fog animation, cloudy animation). only rain animation is visible(well, my place won't snow, it's near equator).

concerning on ur update, please remove MarketUpdater.apk so that old Market won't get updated to the latest version. And please add back FileManager too. Cheers.

never tested it. i don't rember to use mms in my life
but i will test it and report it.
Very nice ROM, but browser FCs the minute I go to another site. Other than that no problems, only one sense reload. Tried with Las Venturas 0.5 and Las Venturax 0.6.2 .

After install CLK/MAGLDR
Go To CWM

Reboot
First boot takes approximately 5-7 minutes ( If the initial boot took more than 8 minutes , You must be a mistake , and you must follow these steps )

Go to CWM and select it`s ==> Advanced ==> Partition SD Card ==> 1024 or 512M ==> 128M

go to All Apps/A2SDGUI And in dalvik panel chose Dalvik Cash On SD-EXT then click on Move and Rebuild key ( For more space in internal storage )( Optional )

You Don`t allow restore User Data with CWM

Tips to increase battery life
Avoid using live wallpaper, especially weather LWP
Change Wi-Fi Sleep policy: Settings ==> Wireless & networks ==> Wi-Fi Settings ==> Advanced ==> WiFi sleep policy ==> 15min
If you don't care about faster 3G consider switching to 2g only: Settings ==> Wireless & networks ==> Mobile Networks ==> Network Mode ==> GSM Only
Do not login to HTC HUB / HTC Sense account !
Disable Phone Finder : Settings ==> Location

Q 4: My Quadrant score is not as high as on different ROM. What does it mean? A: It means absolutely nothing. Benchmarks on Android System are more or less lottery and they are not showing the real system performance.
There are many settings that can force Quadrant to show more then 1800 points but it's faked performance, that actually can slow down your phone in some circumstances.
What I always emphasize is a real performance, the one you can feel under your fingers. Remember that I/O has some limit and surpassing it shows just a numbers without true ratio.

Q 5: in my rom sometime have lag where is problem? A: this rom after many test don`t have any lag,then certainly you have Low signal strength in all android device this problem exist Low signal strength = must battery drain & add lagy in sense,you can test it when you have this problem please set device to offline ,now you can work smoothly and fast with rom but this is no problem for rom

A: With Root Explorer Go to this address /data/data ==> and go to the end off the list ,if file .battery-calibrated is exist ,the battery is calibrated well and there is no need to use other app for calibrate it ,
B: if can`t see this file ==> .battery-calibrated ,you must connect your battery charger and wait to created this file

thanks ,yes it`s really better than all sense 2.1+3.0 and think all over rom for hd2 ,Because I tried that make one Ultimate rom with work all stuff,
for now this rom with great installation & super fast & most complete rom for HD2
only one problem exist and its camcoder lag,like other build,but in next plane hope fix comcoder lag,
i over 2 week day and night ,work and debugging on this great build for fix any problem,now you can`t find any lag in sense

beats audio really use less option for hd2 because beats audio work great with original headset for beats,but we don`t have this headset

The rom looks really promising. Will give it a try once you have the links up. Thankx a lot for your hard work. Looking at the screens i can say this must have been your life priority atleast for a few days.
AS for beats audio. Please, please dont add it. Its just a nonsense. I cant understand why some would actually prefer it. If anyone wants it badly please consider leaving it as an optional add-on.
Since some may argue about my judgement, all i can say is there is a special audio chip integrated into the newer devices which gets activated when it detects the beats audio headphone is inserted. thus chip+BA headphone drives the awesome sound. But HD2 does not. All it really does is take an extra space.

I copied the whole folder init.d from your CM9. I'll try to copy sysctl.conf. I pushed it to my phone last night and it got into bootloop. I'll try to cook an alpha ROM with your sysctl.conf in it.

Did you delete loopy smoothness tweak? because that locks trebuchet launcher in memory.

Try to go to settings/more/mobile networks and try to search networks operators. If it doesnt find anything dont panic it doesnt find anything to me either and try search networks not search automatically. It should work.

kemoba - try to look at this post: HERE
it is another issue than what you have BUT it might work in this case also. Just take that file called "eri.xml" from another ROM - shpongle or whatever and replace it see if it works then
L.E: took a look into your build.prop.
you have this line: rild.libpath = /system/lib/libhtc_ril.so
try making it like this rild.libpath=/system/lib/libhtc_ril.so

miui roms are a pain in the butt lol what should work never does like it should.
I tried all the speed tweaks i could find and none is working, i have some ideas on how to fix network, ill try them today. MIUI was and will remain tough to port and make it work

Installation procedure
1) please download the zipped files (4).
2) Unzip the files become 'one single file. Zip

Can you indicate what is really the big change?

You are in the condition to try this Rom.
If you don't like it.....remove and try one other rom...!

Thank for the Rom mod....I tried the others that you posted, along with the recovery & Flash app. Thank very much. This is useful stuff to have & it all works well, especially the rooting method with V Root.
The ZP700 is turning out to be a great phone; the battery hold up well after 3 charges.
Hope to hear of any other updates you come up with.

Thanks, I installed your rom succesfully. I used the MobileUncle app from the play store, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobileuncle.toolbox. First copied the CWM recovery.img from your post in the other thread as well as your rom (renamed to update.zip, which is not needed probably) to the root folder of the SDcard. Then MobileUncle and update recovery first, and after reboot the update.zip. Worked fine.
Some remarks / suggestions on your mods, maybe for a next version ... :
Would be nice to include some of the Kitkat versions of Camera, Gallery, Agenda, Launcher, Email in a next version - lots of info available on the web,
My (november) stock rom had some very nice backgrounds (beach, sunset) that were not present. I added them again to the wallpaper apk
The Viper4Android sound app appears not to be working - no effect detected (the stock one is more limited but works fine) at least so far.
(BTW, I am pleasantly surprised by the good audio quality of the headphone out).
The number of apps in the rom is quite large already, with some duplicates in function, but I was able to remove the ones I did not need (do some need to be in the system/app section rather than in data/app)? It is sometimes not clear to me (not an expert) which components can be removed safely though.
I installed the version with 1Gb memory rather than 2,7 (I assume this is done by replacing the EBR files in the zip, right?). I think most people would appreciate say 2Gb and a smallish internal sd as default (and add a sdcard), just a suggestion.

i just got my new ZP700 and now I tryed to set it up. But the Problem is, that it is YunOS installed and not "normal" Andoid!
How can I change that? I tryed to install the ghost Rom via recovery but I just get the message Installation aborted.
Can anyone help me?

Got it finally all together and now the ZP700 is running with your rom, Ghost. Nice job! :good:
A bit overloaded my wife said (the ZP700 is for her) :silly: , but she will use it only for phoning, messaging and photo/video.
Hello Guys, I'm anshubham and this is my first post for our Huawei Honor Holly.
I'm not an expert developer and dont know everything about Android Development. This is just an attempt to help out people who are looking for MIUI ROM for HOLLY.
This is the MIUI 6 (5.4.3) Rom For our Huawei Honor Holly U19/3c Lite.

I have added 50+ build.prop tweaks for better RAM Management and Battery Efficiency.
The ROM is divided into 5 parts so merge them all using 7zip or winrar or whatever you use, after merging you'll get a zip file of 465 MB which you can flash either via CWM or TWRP, its tested on both ( I recommend CWM though)
How to merge the ROM is also given below.
The ROM works on the STOCK Kernel, no need of any custom kernel
Battery Backup is same as the STOCK Rom
You must do a CLEAN INSTALL, follow exact instructions.
How to Flash the ROM :
1. Download the Rom and merge it to get one fashable zip file.
Mod edit: Links removed
2. Boot into recovery and make a full wipe i.e :
format system
format data
format cache
format dalvik cache
format battery stats (cwm only)
3. Flash the ROM and the Fix via CWM or TWRP (do not install Gapps yet). Reboot the phone, first boot may take upto 2-3 minutes.
4. After the first boot, once you set up the device and get to its homescreen, reboot to recovery again and flash this for gaining perfect root access.
Root - Mod edit: Link removed
You can change the Superuser app to your favorite app later using TB or any similar app.
5. Now flash any 4.4 Gapps (lite or full, your choice). I use YourzGappsXS which are now discontinued, they work nice for me. Although any 4.4 Gapps will work.
Lite Gapps Link - Mod edit: Link removed (which i use)
6. Reboot to system and you are ready to rock!
HOW TO MERGE THE ROM: (Install 7Zip)
1. Download all the Parts of the ROM and put them into one folder.
2. Now Right Click on Part 1 only i.e, "Miuiv6_anshubham.7z.001" and select 7Zip then Click on "Extract Here".
3. Do not extract other parts, we only need to extract Part 1 and it will automatically extract the other parts. This is why we need to put all the parts in the same folder.
4. After extraction is finished, you'll get one single ROM file (flashable zip file), now you can delete those 5 parts that you downloaded because they are useless now.
5. Now Flash the ROM which has been extracted. Simple!

NOTES :
Note - Do not Flash all the three files at once (ROM, Perfect Root and Gapps). First flash the ROM then reboot to system and then flash the other two Zip files (perfect root and gapps).
Note - You may get "com.android.systemui has stopped working" message whenever you boot up the ROM, just click OK and it will go away and ignore it, it will not cause any problems anywhere.
Note - It is advisable that you let the ROM settle for around 10 -15 minutes after flashing.
Note - Install busybox after flashing the ROM.
Note - MIUI by default uses the internal storage to save app/media data for many/most apps i.e Camera pictures, screenhots, photos you download from whatsapp, etc, and i cannot change it. If you know how to change it, please do tell me.

First of all i cannot upload it on any other site. I've had enough problems with that.
Use chrome and internet download manager to download the rom.
There is no phishing attempt.
That is the best site for developers to upload their stuffs where i uploaded the rom.
Just try and download and you're good to go.
CLICK ON THE BLUE DOWNLOAD BUTTON not the orange one.
As you are a newbie, go to this thread for how root, and flash recoveries (cwm or twrp).

After this, you'll easily understand how to flash and use the rom.
Just google about what is rooting and what is meant by flashing recoveries.

Maybe someone with fast internet repacks the rom and reuploads it..

you need to flash the rom again do not install gapps along with the rom. Install them after first boot.
Please follow the instructions and the notes properly.
I have flashed this ROM 10 Times it only appears when you restart the phone, not after that untill you restart again.

These things never happened to me, i myself have flashed the rom many times. Try to install the stock firmware first and then again flash the rom.

This error is showing bcoz of sim 2. Sim 2 is not working.whenever I put my sim in slot 2 dis error is showing continuously. Also the camera is not working in video recording mode. How these 2 problems can be solved out?
