What u gunna do? Juz download «SuperUser» app from market.. It is free! Lol but i rarely think it will work.. Well it should...
Try and tell..
And if u are successful then search google and download root explorer and install it on your phone.. Then after that start it and copy system folder and find a folder named sdcard and paste it in that.. After that download terminal app from market (its free) and open it..then write exactly like this... After su there is an enter -
su
dd if=/dev/block/bml7 of=/mnt/sdcard/boot.img
Now you will have both the system folder and boot.img in sdcard.. Now upload them to mediafire and send me a Private Message regarding the links.
If you want a custom rom for your device...

sorry guys...this is a forum for galaxy y. and you're using galaxy y duos. I'm not sure if you can use the same method for root or unroot from galaxy y. you may use superoneclick from shortfuse to root and unroot your device. I can't provide any link at this moment but our google will help you a lot

Try this one its for CWM recovery

Universal Gingerbread Root & Unroot 2.3.3 -> 2.3.7+
Since I made the tutorial you can visit this page for rooting Y Duos GT-S6102 and many other phones.

As simple as downloading the correct rom for your carrier from sammobile.com and flashing it using odin 3.09

For stock ROM see this. Download, flash using Odin and root it using this guide.
Use this link for pre-rooted firware, but u have to flash these using cwm recovery.

U have to flashed wrong recovery u have to flash recovery for duos (9192) i am posting the link to download below if u have duos version flash (DS)version through odin
