Hello everyone
I am developing an app which may use wifi direct to transmit video stream. All I have is a HTC One X and a HTC Desire HD. HTC One X can support wifi direct very well, but the original rom of Desire HD can't support it. Is there any rom which can support wifi direct for HTC Desire HD?

Has anyone managed to get this working on the Desire. When I try to connect, it says my Bluetooth isn't on.

This might be related to the problem that
HTC Hero and Desire users are having with another Bluetooth based application, BlueInput, which also uses the HID profile that Wiimote probably uses. The basic problem is that HTC have used a buggy version of the Bluetooth stack. However, this post by Bitbang3r at the BlueInput forum makes the deficiencies in the Bluetooth support for the Desire/Hero/Tattoo much clearer than I can:

Hi guys. Is there anywhere I can download the keyboard that comes on the Desire HD? It's much improved compared to the standard Desire on.

You could try downloading a hd rom, extract the htcime.apk and replacing it with the one in /system/app/ on your device ....... it may need the DHD framework to work though

Hey friends I just want to know that how to make mw600 to display caller's name when using it with desire hd........it was able to show in virtuous unity rom but not able to show in any other rom........so I just wants to know that how to make mw 600 able to.display callers name in each and every rom.....

How about ad hoc mode wirless on viper rom?
Recently possessed Desire Z with unrooted RUU, and this works well.
Unfortunatly, on DHD adhoc not working, also before change stock rom to Viper.
Past I have ZTE Blade, and to use ad hoc on it, i must change a wpa_supplicant to custom file.
Is there a chance to ad hoc on DHD?
