try copy apk to folder /system/app with root explorer and install direct in folder

You could actually help the guy instead of being condescending.
I'm far from a noob and manually placing the files, even modifying permissions to 0644 or 0777 still errors the file when you try to use it.
Either way if you want to be rude, you goto another forum or actually help people rather than just trying to give yourself an ego boost.
Dislike trolls.

they are located in launcher.apk/res/drawable for future reference, you winrar or 7-zip to go through the .apk file.

open the cyanogen update .zip and look for launcher.apk, open that with a .zip extractor and extract the wallpapers from res/drawable

in any cm 6.1 rom get the CMWallpapers.apk from inside the app folder in system and this apk has all the cm wallpapers in it
cyan 7 wallpapers
here you go cm7 wallpapers
for those who dont want to extract them from the apk by themself

If you have root explorer, navigate to system then app, go to the bottom and copy systemui.apk and systemui.odex to the sd card, then upload
If you don't have root explorer, it would need to be adb, if you're familiar with that?

You run it on your computer. You need to have the phone drivers installed. THe performance should be better.

I think that it take some time to achieve 100% De-sense... for example it's still sense status bar... but I'm can't wait for full De-sense

You cannot replace the file if no rooted the device.
