yep, i'm gonna get a cardock as well

$10 shipping? Yikes. (yes I realize it's 2-day, but that's still high, IMO)
So, your $54 dock becomes $70 in a few clicks. Makes sense.

Sucks it won't fit the CDMA version

of yea i already have a 3rd party car dock but im tempted to get this one im getting the desktop for sure

The comments at Droid-Life are saying that people over here are saying that these desk docks will accommodate the Verizon/LTE model, but I've seen nothing of the sort over here. Does anyone know?

Official Galaxy Nexus Car Dock with TRUE 3-pin functionality!
Check there.
Anyone know why the link won't open on my phone's Play Store app? I could buy from a PC or use the browser on my phone... but that'd just be silly... lol.

Glad to see Google is finally starting to offer more accessory support for the GSM Nexus, hopefully they'll add the batteries and covers as well.

expansys 64 total after Illinois tax and free shipping, Play store 69 with Il tax and $10 2-day shipping. I like that Google isn't orphaning the device but I wish they'd give us more options shipping-wise, I'm willing to wait a week or more if I can avoid getting hit with a double digit shipping charge.

has anyone seen the pogo pin version sold by any seller on amazon? I have a bunch of amazon gift cards I want to dump

Because you can't buy hardware through the app, as you need to select a shipping address and the app is only set up for intangible goods. You have to go to the website to purchase hardware items.

I just saw one yesterday, its not a prime sale though
Just curious, isn't it easier to search amazon.com than come here, ask, and wait for a reply

Makes perfect logical sense. I figured they filtered it as I'm CDMA and they only have official accessories for GSM. Never thought about shipping info.

Sprint and Verizon carry CDMA version of the Nexus. CDMA/LTE Nexus are thicker than GSM/HSPA+. Accessories are not compatible.

The prices for those accessories are pretty insane. I'll be skipping them all unless the come down to < $30 range.

idiot price.
All of the docks with the pogo pins seem very expensive. Nevertheless, that car dock looks incredible and I can't wait to pick it up.
Does Bell really have stock of all those accessories?
Can a US neighbor buy it online?
Thanks.
Joe
haha, the lady at the Bell store kept telling me the battery was $99 when she tried to sell me on the extended warranty.

GSM Galaxy Nexus 459.99 IceMonkey.com (dailysteals)

Thought I'd post this for people still wanting a GSM Galaxy Nexus. If I had not bought a Verizon one I would have bought the GSM version.
http://www.icemonkey.com/unlocked-s...012_Ice_Monkey_Deal_4_2_2012&utm_medium=email
Daily Steals/Ice Monkey must have bought a bit stock of these things, they have them on sale every week.
Holy that is quite the deal they are offering. If I didnt have my nexus right now I would consider these deals they are offering.
THis is brand new? And is the site reputable? EDIT: Condition is new!
Anyone ever order from them?
Backstory: I had my NExus S stolen (pick pocketed on a crowded train. Didn't feel a thing. Was a very sad day) and I'm thinking of getting GN unlocked.
This may be the way...
Got my white SGN from ice monkey.
The seal was broken but nothing was missing. It comes with European round plugs and Polish instructions.
I just use one of my many ac to usb bricks to charge the phone. .
The are legit.

well the title of the item says: "UNLOCKED Samsung I9250 Galaxy Nexus 16GB (Black)" So I'm assuming there's no color choice. They're just re-using the stock photo from previous sales that had white/black options available.
Okay thanks. Gonna pull the trigger!

You won't be disappointed. I got mine delivered to me in a day. I live in philly and they ship from Brooklyn so that's why. But one day is insane. Also, my seal wasn't broken. European charger, but customer service was nice enough to mail me a US adapter for free.

good for american bad for outsider. i wonder why its so cheap in usa and outside is expensive.
Careful with these. Some had purchased these at their last sale and it wasn't an american keyboard.
at this point it's probably better to just get it from amazon $10 more but shipping is still free
Thats a nice deal, but for us outside USA its a shame.. Just wait for another deal

So I'm typing this from the lapdock on CM10. Now all I have to do is get the perfected Tablet UI so that we can shrink down all this stuff on the screen. LOL. How interesting though to see how well Android supports keyboard, mouse, etc.

$20 for all who reside in the USA at your nearest Radio Shack
For all in the USA that want a lapdock.
The Radio Shack SKU is 1706310. Call your nearest Radio Shack and they can look up the SKU to see who has it near you. If there is not one near you, they will ship from another store, to your nearet store AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. $19.97 + tax.
I have fully tested CM10 with denisty 120 and the Atrix in Tablet mode works flawlessly so far.
Hmmm. all I can find is a display model. Wonder if it's worth the $20?

Using tablet mode is A+. Did they do an inventory search for other stores using the SKU I posted? I picked up three for various people, all unopened and factory new.
The first store I called didn't have any. I asked him if anyone else did nearby and he directed me to the store with 1. I might try another store and see what they say.
Called, picked up, and can confirm it's only $20. Amazing!

Definitely do what's jjwatmyself posted. I called them up, gave that SKU number, and they actually had one in stock. You should probably assume they won't have it in stock because there is a very limited supply but ask them to find a store that does have it and get it shipped to the store near you. It's been discontinued which is why they don't have it online but the employees will be able to find it until the last one is sold

All 5 lapdocks are now spoken for, if anyone even read this aside from those few people, so thanks and they'll be shipped out tomorrow by USPS with tracking/delivery confirmation info sent by PM and email.
Thanks...
Called and picked up mine today. $20, and the store reps were shocked that it was so cheap.

Anyone know where to buy the Pogo Desktop Dock?

Now that the Nexus 4 is out, it looks like Google is no longer selling the Galaxy Nexus pogo dock. Does anyone know where I should look without being charged an arm and a leg?

eBay, search the topic and you will find pages of discussions and attempts to find the docks from google and/or Samsung
Yeah haha ^
You will be charged an arm and a leg, though. And Verizon ones tend to be more expensive. The docks originally cost $90 new, and now people can sell theirs and make at least that, auctions on eBay can take it up to $120+ and they only pop up every few days.
Best bet is to pounce on a buy it now as soon as possible, then you'd only have to pay $80 or so. Just make sure it's the Verizon dock if you have the VZW GalNex and vice versa.

I am looking to get one too. I don't want to buy the one of ebay. Anyone willing to part with their GSM pogo dock if they aren't using it? I'll offer $40. Or any tips on where I can get a used one in working condition? Amazon doesn't have any, Play obviously doesn't have them on sale anymore. Found a few with bundles on swappa, but seller wouldn't sell it separately. Ebay as mentioned above is shipping from UK and it comes out to like $90 with shipping.

And that's where I got mine ^ recommend him highly!
I'm embarrassed at what I paid for mine, and that was a used one on ebay plus I had to modify it for the toro. I needed it though I've been using a dock on my phones every night for the past few years and wasn't about to give that up. Trust me, these things are damn near extinct and the people who have them know that.
MonoPrice has a nice adaptor for the Galaxy Nexus. I can't post links yet (under 10 posts), but it's product ID 9291
I was thinking about making a dock that uses the internals from that part.
I saw a Verizon Pogo dock going for $180 on eBay the other day... Ugh I hate price gougers...
