Lockscreen - Xperia Play Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there a way to change the second slider to open the camera? Like in ICS. Also can someone help me taking out the transparency from the clock (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1687614)?
Thanks in advance

I personally use widget locker. widget locker can change the behavior of what opens when you use the slider.
i use the ics style unlock circle thing, it gives me more options on what i can run when i want to unlock my phone

is there anyway to hide stock lockscreen

i'm want to use widget locker but not have the stock lock screen show as well. at the moment i unlock the stock slider then have to go through the widget locker screen. is there anyway just to have the one lockscreen (widget locker) or am i getting the point of widget locker all wrong.thanks.......................sudeki300
Widget Locker isn't a lockscreen replacement in the sense of it completely replacing a lockscreen, it just runs on top of it. That's why if you press power button twice fast, you will see the default lockscreen because it hasn't had time to load.

[Q] How to change On/Off Screens, Library Icons and Lock Screen?

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 wich is branded by one of the mobile providers of my country, and has very ugly turning on/of screens, icon sets and lock screens. I don't want to lose my warranty so I don't want to root/flash my phone. Searching the web I found the ADW Launcher and I'm trying to change these 3 things with it... is it possible? I mean
1) Is there a way to change animations I see when I turn on and off the phone?
2) With Adw I can freely change icons in home, but icons in drawers remains the same. If i use a theme, icons in drawers change too, but I can't find the right theme for me. Is there a way to change drawers icons using the default ADW theme? Or if not, how can I edit an ADW theme to change its default icons?
3) Is there a way to change the lock screen bringing it back to the stock transparent Galaxy lock screen? The one I had on Galaxy S1 would be fine. I know I can change lock screen from settings but it just let me chose an image from my gallery, and I don't know how to set it transparent. Would the Widget Locker app helps me?
Thanks in advance :-/
3) I don't know what the stock lock screen was on the SGS1 but ripple lock in the market is a nice honeycomb style replacement
I'll try it, thanks

default SGN lockscreen as an overlay over the lock pattern?

Hi all,
Would it be possible to develop/modify the lockscreen that the default circle lockscreen can be overlayed over the lock pattern as it used to be in CM7 for example?
I haven't seena nything mentioned on this but I would like that option too.
I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for, but WidgetLocker lets you customize your lockscreen out the wazoo. You can not only have a different wallpaper for your lock screen, but it has themes (including ICS stock), 4-way unlock, a modifiable interface, and as the name says widgets installed directly on your lock screen.
I know WidgetLocker. But I want to keep my phone as stock as possible. And with WidgetLocker the battery drain is huuuuuuge!

Transparent lockscreen on stock rom?

Is there anyway I can get a transparent lockscreen on the stock rom?
I really don't like to have 2 picture as background, I would love to see my animated wallpaper on my lockscreen too :/
Thanks!
Use go locker. it allows you to make the lock screen transparent

Click to collapse
I already tried it and I don't like it at all (like all the other lockscreen app), in fact, I was searching a way to do it with the stock lockscreen from lg.

Change Icons on Sense Lockscreen?

I know we can change the shortcuts, but I found a great icon pack I applied to my homescreen and drawer, but I'd love to apply it to the lockscreen as well. Any ideas? I'd like to stay with the stock lockscreen if possible but I'm open to trying other lockscreens as long as they work with fingerprint unlock. TIA!
