[AOSP][4.1.1] Jelly Bean Experimental Build

This is an experimental build. It means things doesn't work, and it will take time to fix.

This is temporary until CM10 tree is in a state where I can build it fine for this device. Consider this as a "preview"
Introducing Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean for Asus TF300T
This is an early ROM built from Android Jelly Bean AOSP code.
What works:
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth
- Storage
- Audio playback
- Sensors
What doesn't work:
- Camera
- Audio volume (is stuck at either 0 or 50%)
- Audio recording likely
- HW Video playback (but software playback works)

Please, users with a little bit of experience only. Flash the update zip through CWM.

How to install
- Download the build
- Copy to sdcard
- WIPE DATA
- On your computer, extract the build zip (or just boot.img inside it)
- Reboot to recovery, flash zip
- Reboot to fastboot, type "fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash boot boot.img"
- Reboot to Jelly Bean!

Is it worth getting Chainfire to create a CF Root so we can restore Kernels? Or is it not a CWM issue and more of a TF300T issue?

no HW video playback, that means no HD youtube right? dam shame, but great work getting a build out so soon! cant wait to see how quickly this picks up

Hello guys, i'm still new in universal flasher script so please backup your phone first.
I have test this in Stock and Custom JB ROM and its working just fine
How to install:
1. Reboot into Recovery
2. Install Mod
3. Reboot into your phone
No need to wipe anything.
Again, this Mod should work in every Jelly Bean Rom Only!

hmm, it's should change only png's without touching xml files. can you tell me what is the errors you got?

Just says error framework then under it says restoring framework does that for 3 or 4 steps . Where does the log save to I'll post it

have you flashed it with clockworkmod? twrp won't work.
By the way: very nice theme! i like how everything fits together (excpect of the google chrome icon )

are you using aosp JB release? because i notice that Universal flasher doesn't work with aosp release, it's known issue.

I think, not 100% sure that you have to mount system in twrp for it to flash.
EDIT nope mounted system and did NOT work on twrp.............

This is exactly what I've been looking g for. A theme that didn't change the battery or faint or toggles, just kept a mainly stock look but a few improvements. Thanks so much.

[APP][addon.d] Cell Broadcast Receiver

This zip will install the CellBroadcastReceiver.apk found on the stock Nexus 4 ROM as a system app. After flashing zip, settings can be found in Settings, More..., Cell broadcasts. This zip also includes an addon.d script.

What is addon.d?
On some ROMs, like Cyanogenmod, there are scripts in /system/addon.d that run during a ROM update or flash. They can backup and restore system apps (like Gapps), or perform many other functions. This zip includes an addon.d script, so the app is not lost during a ROM update! If your ROM doesn't support addon.d, this zip should still flash properly, but you won't benefit from addon.d.

CyanogenMod 10.1
AOKP (thanks dekips!)

No idea. If it's a Nexus 4, and based on AOSP, I see no reason it shouldn't work. Let me know if it works.

Works on E.L.E. ROM

This appears to be built into the latest builds of cm, as well. No flash required. Does anyone know if it is functional?
I switched to cm nightlies and will report when/if I receive and alert

ok I'd like feedback ASAP.
This is uncharted territory for me and I'm not sure how this ROM handles G-apps so I did not include them, my best guess is flash them sep like with any other ROM beside MIUI.
Please bear in mind this is an Alpha and I went way outside of my release cycle to bring it to the S4 so please be constructive with feedback

unusual, let me look into this real quick.

I'm an idiot, the status 7 is because the ROM is trying to call LBESEC and shelld which do not exist in it; uploading a revised version now.
for folks who have the old .zip remove the LBESEC and shelld line in updater-script if you dont want to deal with a redownload

Flashing the rom
If coming from another rom then do a full wipe (factory reset and wipe system).
Flash the rom.zip then the gapps.zip then reboot.
wait for everything to load then reboot again and enjoy.

1st boot always takes a little longer, the bootanimation may run out, just hold tight.....
