I am trying to make a perfect ROM for Android with
Check ROM and WP7 Metro UI
I've noticed that there is a CM7 Theme for Metro UI

But i dont know too much on theme porting and making, as far i've studied i've manage to make a simple port of the theme.

It's a theme test for WP7 its very buggy and confusing, but the theme system its great don't need to compile anything just put the files and the System will flash them.
If any Themer want to help me porting this theme i will be very appreciated

I would like it, but I don't have the knowledge to help u :/
You'll just have to open up the apps you want themed (settings.apk for settings icons, sysyemui.apk for status bar battery etc) with winrar and add and overwrite the corresponding images that you want replaced. To edit XML files for font size, color etc, you'll have to use apktool to decompile the apps first.

mod jkay 14.1 changes several system files,
that when you install on top of my theme jkay mod gives butlup because no appropriate file.
I'll help you, just throw off the PM this mod or a link to it and I put my mod jkay theme.
Dialer
must go to all the firmware(for deodex)(tested on LPM),
odeks need to delete the appropriate file (. odex) through RootExplorer,
if any would not work, write to the PM, I will correct.

Very nice, but tell me,will it change the framework for the apps completely, i.e, will it also change the buttons appearance to stock ones?I am using a Blurom, and would have added this mode.

Yes, install the mod can change your change on a stock,
but if your mod has been on setting.apk and has not been changed framework.apk,
all your changes will remain.

This mod transparent no working in Alliance Rom V4 :crying:
I pulled the Mms.apk from mlaws90's port of RootBox for the S2, which has a customizeable enter button (so it can do line breaks!) and I modified it so the emojis aren't the green android men. I'm pretty sure there's already both of these mods available, but I put them into one!
Don't forget to back up your original Mms.apk!
