White Power Control Widget. - HTC One X

Could anyone please help me out?
I'd really like a white power control widget if it's possible, I've searched around but I really can't find anything for the ICS, I looked up Extended Controls, but I'd rather use the stock controls.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have just decompiled the HtcPowerStripWidget.apk and searched through the image and xml files nothing has color values, but there are 2 m10 files. But as of now it is not possible to edit the m10 images yet.

Would it be possible to remove the Indicator, background and the dividers of the Power Control widget so it just shows the buttons?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he stated ''COLOR VALUES''.
And I'm also kind of sure that the indicators, dividers and the background do not fall under the color values, or do they?

This is exactly what I too am looking for. Anybody have any idea where and how to install this?
Running stock everything.

The key sentence was that, at the moment, you cannot edit m10 files. Therefore, this cannot be done
I'd love to be able to edit the dock myself, but alas I cannot.

Sorry for off topic but White Power Control Widget made me laugh so much.As long as you can control them just shut them down please

There is an XML in the framework
from memory it is
res/drawables/progress_horizontal.xml
or something like that. that is the file you edit to change the horizontal progress bar

Change navbar background colour?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to change the colour of the Navbar background? By this, I mean the colour of the area that the soft buttons sit on.
The only thing I have been able to find is instructions on making it transparent:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1409540&highlight=edit+navbar
Perhaps there is a .png that can be changed in SystemUI? Or perhaps the framework can be tweaked?
Any light that could be shed on the matter would be really appreciated
Thanks

From the link:
From the root of the SystemUI directory, open res/values/colors.xml. Find the entry for “status_bar_background” and change it’s value to whatever you want. In mine I’ve set it to “a6000000” which black but 35% translucent. The first 2 characters control the opacity on a scale from 0-255 where 0 is completely transparent and 255 is fully opaque. That value is then stated in hexadecimal format; e.g. 0=00, 255=ff.
First 2 characters are transparency last 6 characters are color.

AOKP features this in their ROM control settings.

Ah - I see. Thanks for your help, missed that.
Dont suppose you know how to change the actual picture of the navbar, not just the colour? As you can see in the below thread:

Cheers

I believe that in AOKP, you can change the softkey colour, not the actual navbar (that the softkeys sit on)

In that link they give instructions to make transparent. But you could also change the color i believe just replacing the opacity and entering your desired color code hex value. Then compile.

Modding the Sense 5 Weather Clock Background?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to modify the background of the sense 5 weather clock (the one that flips with the weather juuuust below it) not to make it transparent like everybody else is doing. I'm trying to theme it to go with a modified app drawer image and navigation bar image. The problem is I don't know which files to edit in order to do that. Could anyone here give me some advice or pointers?
Yes I have searched for a guide or tut to do it but all I find is people supplying one they made or pointing at a thread that has them already made. I would like to do this myself though.
Thanks in advance for any help
Have you heard of sense 5 toolbox? You can set transparency of many items...

Where is that image? I took a look inside of the prism apk but found nothing by that name.
But for everyone else reading, I'm not looking for transparency, I'm trying to overlay another image over, thus changing how the panel looks.

Are you talking about the panel where the weather condition is ?
That is common_panel.9.png in com.htc.resources.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi
Changing this will affect the widgets background too
Thats the one!!!

YES THAT'S THE ONE!
Just in case I added a screenshot, I circled the panel jsu so that everyone knows what I'm talking about. I found that common_panel.9.png but it's basically just a circle?
What I want to do is make that panel look like the navbar you see in the image I attached, if it's just a circle then it might not work or be possible.
Nobody have any ideas?
Does nobody here have any ideas on how to achieve this?

In both Sense 5 and Sense 5.5, the png is indeed found in the resources apk. It is the common_panel.9.png and it can be themed but only basically. The best you can do with it is make it with a border either transparent or semi. However, depending on how skilled you are with editing xml, you could put a custom PNG in the drawable folder and edit the layouts to navigate to that specific image. That way your newly themed image will be used and not the common_panel.9.png. If you look at my theming thread from Sense 5.5, you'll see what I mean.

What is the hex code for the blue in Android 7.1.1?

Specifically I mean the little arrow when selecting text, the bar on the brightness bar, your profile picture in the drop down menu, the phone app, contacts app, etc.
I'm trying to build a themed home screen and I need the exact code to make matching colors if possible please. Thank you.
I found this
Want to share you creation after? I love that blue color and have been trying to think of ideas for theming some more stuff but I'm still learning

I've always been partial to the old ICS blue for trim on a dark theme.

Thanks! I may share it if I have some new idea but for now my theme is just for the calendar widget. My old idea is no longer good (one I used on ICS) since I had day, time, and weather on my home screen which is now in a built in widget.
If you're looking for the Pixel specific blue then the hex is #4885ED. If it's just the blue in Nougat then I'm not sure. Pixels got a different shade of blue than everyone else.

Custom fingerprint icon (discontinued)

I have found this mod to obsolete. With @Zacharee1's custom fingerprint application users can now swap out images for their fingerprint icon on the fly.
It's an absolutely fantastic app and it allows users to customize their icons without decompiling their systemui apk!
Link to thread- https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/themes/app-theme-opfpcontrol-custom-t3899522
Download any icons you want, resize them to 174x174 (the stock icon size). Open the app and select your images from your gallery then reboot!
If you're still a fan, like me, of having NO icon then simply download an image, resize it and make it completely transparent with your favorite Android image modifying application. I personally use background eraser. Select the transparent images and reboot.
Great application @Zacharee1 !

I changed the fingerprint icon last night in the home screen of my 6t. I only swapped out the default icon, the animations are the same and the center is still green. Fingerprint is fully functional. I was wondering if anyone here knows how to make a flashable twrp zip. This way I could easily make multiple different icons that people can flash in recovery.
The below link is to my modded OPSystemUI.apk. I install it the old fashion way...push it to system/priv-app. Then change the app permissions to rw-r-r. Then move it into the OPSystemUI folder and overwrite the current OPSystemUI.apk. Reboot!

U can just use any available zip and use it as a template. U'd maybe need to modify it a bit but not too complicated
Wondering if we could use no icon at all, so this would fix the burn in issue with the AOD mod???

Sounds feasible. Either make the icon completely transparent in a photo editor or through XML coding. I'll look at it after I get back from the gym.

I noticed the fingerprint animations files are in there. Have you tried changing these? Looks like these could be easily customized, or even removed if someone wanted.

Yup. I see them in there. I'll eventually mess around with them. I'm not up for making my own animation...too much work lol. But I certainly plan on changing the colors or remove them entirely... although I think they look quite nice.

When the fingerprint location comes on for ambient display and lockscreen, before you put your finger on the screen. The animation in red would be cool to match the ambient display clock.

Here is the fingerprint icon in white. Just rename the .apk and remove the word White before pushing to system/priv-app/OPSystemUI folder
