I have been tirelessly editing smali to get both the quick panel and lockscreen mods seen on the Galaxy S phones thanks to Sbrissen. Just as I got a majority of the code in place and running, something amazing happened. First, the fascinate got AOSP, then Sbrissen moved all his work to source code rather than smali. This means that now the previous work I done is pointless lol. Now he has a github repo with the list of edits in source. His rom is based on the GSM 2.3.5 source but it's not complete. There are id's and pieces missing but I've done all this in smali so I know what's needed in source to complete it, so I merged his code into our files in frameworks base, edited settings.apk in source to call the control app TSM_Parts.apk. I also had to add ID's to the settings.java file all of which I hope to set up a github soon to release the edited source.

Superuser.apk is in system app, open it up allow it to "attempt" to update binary, it will fail and install the binary on your SD, reboot to CWM recovery, and flash that zip, congrats you got root. Will be working to fix the 3 lockscreens not currently working.

LOVE the ROM. Some Questions:
1. Media Sounds (except for music) dont work (screen lock, audible selection) even though I have them checked?
2. I can't download files from the web.
3. Flashlight in statusbar doesn't work.
4. I was trying to edit some of the notification sounds and noticed that there is no /system/media folder? (could this be the reason for question #1?)
EDIT: I copied the media folder from the stock ROM, set permissions and that brought those ui sounds back.

Damn headed to work. I did forget the media folder really sorry. Torch for flashlight will be in next update and fox downloads use download all from the market, not sure why some people have that issue but hope to figure it out

-Hopefully fixed call out microphone issue ( I tested about 20 calls, all worked )
-Added support for huge amount of languages
-Added stock gingerbread keyboard as input option
-Added option to enable/disable screen on/off animation through settings > display
-Some small build prop edits, increased vm heap to 72 for smoothness in apps (to test it out, reduce it if you feel like it.)

I give you TSM Pool Part v1.2.1 ICS 4.0.4 for the Nexus S 4G. Pool Party began with Sbrissen (xda/rootzwiki) a Samsung Fascinate developer that ported every single SGS style lockscreen into one convenient package. At the time, his work was called TeamSbrissenMod Lockscreens. After perfecting the control app TSMParts.apk and adding in some status bar GUI love and a few other system wide options, he packed it into what was called Pool Party. The rom was released on the Facsinate, ported to the Epic in GB by Maddoggin and ported to the NS4G as well as the Nexus S by myself (Dreamsforgotten). Since GB, Sbrissen has been churning out work (I believe for CM9 ICS) on the Fascinate and has stopped production of Pool Party. I put this together for everyone to continue to enjoy the Pool Party Line of Roms.

This ROM is built from Peter Alfonso's Bugless Beast repo as a source. The features in the ROM are a colaboration of TSMPool Party code via Sbrissen, CM9 source, and AOKP source. The control app is 100% work of Sbrissen and I re wrote the app to speak to the new variables in ICS that changed since GB (which was a **** ton!)

Initial Release (.5 Version number signifies it's not whole. When Lockscreen tab is added back into TSMParts.apk, that will be version 1.0 However the code is already in the rom this will only require and app update to fix.
Make sure to choose any luck screen once you boot do not! ! ! use rotary unless you like random reboots!

Open LBE Guard App to enable Root permissions
Open Monitor App to change amount of Mobile Data that should be used monthly
Take a screen shot by holding down Volume Down button and menu key at the same time
4G Settings are found in "More Settings" under WIRELESS & NETWORKS Settings
Open Downloads App and turn off the Data Download Prompt
Kernel Cleaner- Flash this before flashing another kernel, deletes cache/dalvik cache, modules and init.d scripts that were supplied by previous kernels (personal init.d scripts will not be effected)
Keep text messages under 160 characters (there is a character counter within the Messaging app next to the send button)
If English Dictionary constantly tries to download, go to Settings>Language&Input>Press the Settings icon to the right of Android Keyboard>Scroll down to Add-On Dictionaries>Press "refresh" and select English then "Install"

Guide on how to port miui to the ns4g
OK guys so here is my guide on how to port MIUI to the NS4G
A couple of things about it. The video is not that good (quality is great, but it's pretty unconventional. Hopefully it's not too confusing)
Let's get started. Before watching the video you need to download a few things and have it set up
**PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT A GUIDE ON HOW TO SET UP APKTOOL, DISXDA'S KITCHEN OR JAVA. THERE ARE PLENTY OF GUIDES OUT THERE FOR THOSE**
So, here are my prerequisites
-apktool
**After you set up this apktool (or if you already have an apktool set up) download and extract MY APKTOOL SETUP and place those three files inside your apktool folder. In the video I have two apktools and have to switch one. If one version of the apktool.jar doesn't work, swap it out for the other and try again
-Beyond Compare 3
**I know this is a trial, but while watching my guide, and doing a couple ports yourself, you won't need it. Just type out the edits yourself
-dsixda's Kitchen
**If your not modifiying the boot.img (add a new kernel + add init.d support) you don't have to use this, however, if your trying to modify MIUI like I did I highly reccommend you download this and use it. Make sure you read the guides in his thread on how to set it up properly
-VLC PLAYER
-7-ZIP or WinRAR
-Notepad++
-MY LATEST MIUI ROM! In the video I'm using 2.6.29, I have since made an updated build, 2.7.6. Use one or the other as your base ROM
-miuiandroid.com's latest Nexus S (crespo) build of MIUI. Downloads can be found every Friday here
OK so once you have everything set-up, EVERYTHING, download and extract my video (I had to compress it twice because goo.im doesn't allow .rar uploads, so you have to first extract the zip, then extract the rar)

About the video:
It is not the best. I never created any type of video how-to so it's pretty rough. You'll see me screw up a few times, fumble my words (I was drinking a little bit). However, it's pretty elaborate.
If you decide NOT to use dsixda's kitchen (and I really do reccomend you DO use the kitchen), then you'll have to extract the GSM Nexus S ROM and extract it somewhere on your drive
In the beginning of the video I take my ported ROM and extract it in the "output_zip" folder inside the kitchen. You can extract that anywhere on your drive, doesn't have to be in that folder

There's several v4 themes that do exactly all that...like dark knight theme or joode ics theme as well a few others from dialer to SMS etc

Getting to like this ROM more and more.
Very snappy and I frigging love the Note II gallery, and that it actually works. lol
Looking forward very much to the color mods.
Also, would it be too much to ask to build in some customization for the Notification screen background, or maybe just direct me to the build.prop line that I need to edit.
I'm just not too into the Russian Superman theme, but I can live with it. lol
