Go to System Settings >> Display. There wou will find the option to change your font type and font size.

nope there is only style option three of them not a size option

Download fronts packs from play store and apply any small front tht sud do the work for uh...
Or if you are rooted... Then use rom tool box... From play store it has lots of fronts small big as uh want...
Cheers

Also you can install "font changer" and change any font you want. instead of installing a complete font pack, it can change fonts seperately. and it lets you use your normal ttf fonts from your computer.

I also want to change font size not font style. Tried big font but always restart my foreground app when turning my phone.

To use themes you'll need to install a 3rd party launcher, such as go launcher, adw, or nova, etc. Thee are many lunchers to choose from and they give you much more customizability over stock/default launcher.

try SpareParts app see if it works on ics, or flash CM9 rom samsung removed the "font size" feature from ics

If your phone is rooted, you can try to change the DPI with an app like DPI Changer.
(DPI Custom : 212 is great)

Not sure about this. I had the same issues with font on stock E4GT. But if you happen to be using GO Launcher, you can go into menu>Preferences>Advanced Settings>Scan font>Font
This will let you choose from any font currently on your phone, whether one you uploaded or one associated with an app. Quick, easy and it sticks. Unfortunately this only works with GO so if you don't like GO or want to stick with stock you could also try Font Changer or Metamorph, both work on stock TW or any 3rd party launcher.
I've never been able to get it to stick.
If you happen to me rooted you can also change the dpi for your phone with an app:
LCD Resolution
or
ROM Toolbox
Bewarned though, TW launcher doesn't look quite right and you will likely want a custom launcher. But it will do the trick.
Just_s I have GO launchee and my font isn't the problem. Its the size of the font :-( and for the other guy I have tried the density changer and like my keyboard to stay big and I have to go back to 240dpi to install almost anyapp which is not worth running the density changer. So any way to keep my font smaller ? Like u can do usinf spare parts but make it stick and stop reverting

[APP] Font Size Editor!

Hey there!
I have made a new app for change font size editor in all android system.
This app doesn't stay in background as a service. It change font size, reboot phone and keep the new font size for ever (if you don't change using the program) without run in background!
If you want give it a look try it, download from market:
Font Size Editor
This app is compatible with ICS, JB and Gingerbread.
It also can install roboto fonts in GB roms with a simple click :good:
This app doesn't change DPI, it works directly on the font
For our device is a good app IMO.
I have made it for myself, than I decided to put it on the market
It's really good on AOSP roms and Sense roms where you can't change text size from spare parts like CM roms.
It's good also in ICS roms, because you can reduce or increase the font size even more than you can do from system settings.
If you like my app, help me to stay awake to study: donate me a coffee from the coffee machine of my university with donate version from market
Font size editor donate
Hope it will be usefull
useful toool try it thanks!!
Thanks!
This program is the best!
I moved back to gingerbread from ics. But the font size was too big.
I've tried out a lot of programs, but all have some bug... And then i found this thread :victory: Your program is the best, THANKS!
Keep up the good work!
Sorry for my bad english
It's nice to know that this little tool is still useful
Thank you))

[Q] How do I change the keyboard font only?

Is there a way to change the keyboard font only? Without changing the other fonts on the system. Without installing a keyboard app, skin or any other 3rd party services!
I'm running XTXperience8 on my Sony Xperia S which uses the stock Sony keyboard. I like the keyboard and how it works, I simply want the font changed. I don't like the fat ugly 'chunky' thick bold font that it uses and just want something nice and thin.
There is a new 4.1 keyboard that's been leaked, and I have tried it, but it made my device run slower. I don't understand how or why installing a keyboard would do that, but it did.
I tried an app called "Font Installer" which is a nifty little app that replaces the system fonts easily, but it doesn't affect the keyboard at all! It's really frustrating.
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
I guess you'd need to decompile the app, change the font and compile back, considering it has its own font on the apk, and don't use a system one.

I'd just try 4.2 keyboard from the play store, I really like it and it hasn't slowed down my device at all

Need help with Stock Messaging on 4,3

I'm currently running on Omega v20 based on 4.3 ML3. And I also installed Tamirda's Note 3 Mod v3.5 and everything is good.
Just need some help/advise on how to make the fonts smaller in the stock messaging app. On converstaions list, fonts are good (In my settings they are set to Tiny), but when I open a conversation, they get really big, If you compare it to the font sizes in settings, its maybe Large. I just want to lower font size in conversations.
Any advice?

UPDATE: Anyway, followed what you said and its good enough. Thanks!

Changing EMUI font / customising stock themes

The font size in EMUI apps (eg Launcher, messaging etc) is narrower and smaller than the system font for regular Android apps (eg Gmail, Tapatalk)
I want to increase the size of the EMUI font to be the same as the regular apps. I tried increasing the font size in settings, but this also increases the font size across all apps.
How can I just change the EMUI theme font and size?
Is there a way to edit / customise the default EMUI themes? I tried the Huawei Theme Creator app from play Store but it appears you can only create a theme from scratch.
I'd also love to remove the app icon border masks too! Thanks

SMS font and bubbles too space wasteful
I agree! And also, is there a way how to PERMANENTLY decrease the size of the font and especially of the bubbles in the sms environment (for example in the same way as Telegram or Whatsapp show messages, i. e. very dense)? The bubbles are too big and the margins between sms text and bubble are too wide. I find it too space consuming, so very little messages fit into the screen. I mean, why would I have 5.2" screen phone if onle three of four messages fit in? I know I can pinch the screen to make it smaller, but this only last till I get out from the sms application. Is there any way how to fix this, please?
Someone help me remove these app border masks please!

Does anyone know if it's fixed in Marshmallow?
Ie Can you change the size or choose an alternative font in EMUI

I'd like to know this too. The standard font (especially on sms) is too small and narrow. The style is also a little tedious. This is the only phone I've ever had that I can't change the font with. There has to be a way too do it, surely. Would rooting and a Font changer/installer app do the business? For all the nonsense that Samsung bring to the table at least you could easily change font's on their devices.
I managed to change the system font by creating a custom theme using a font within the 'ifont' app then dropping it into the emui hwthemes location and changing.
