7/24/12-1.61:
Tweak CPU scaling slightly to eliminiate lag when turning on the screen. Let me know how it works. I may need to loosen the frequency a bit more.
Enable dual core always when charging, but back to defaults when on battery.
Remove "Hot Boot" option as it apparently either doesn't work, or freezes the phone until it works. Besides, it's not a very "graceful" way of shutting down the system. So, I guess it's now considered a 3-in-1 reboot menu.
Renamed the power menu option "Download" to "Download/Odin Mode"

I was employed at T-Mobile for a hot minute and came back. I remember your work and site from my 3D days.
AWESOMENESS.
So I flashed this and all went well but the superuser I already had before was version 3.1.3 so it automatically downloaded it along with my other apps. Went to use titanium backup and got a root permissions error. I'm assuming I'm now unrooted? Suggestions! Thanks for the rom by the way!

Yeah. I just realized that the new superuser has some strange issues with this phone.
I have the new superuser and i have no issues with root. Not sure why?

Well, by Superuser I should have said binary, which looks like you're still running the old one, which is good.
Tried to install Titianum and SU would deny root access. Reflashed ROM and same issue again. I didn't update SU or touch it anyway. Thanks

if you go into the browser and select a textbox the suggestions on the keyboard dont show
First sort of bug to report is that the menu icon appears on the lockscreen and if you press it, it unlocks the phone, its not to my personal taste but I'm loving the CM Launcher. So much more options to choose from the its lightning fast so far!

The same bug exists on the Android Revolution HD 1.3.1 ROM by mike1986. I just assumed that was a "feature" of ICS!!

CM launcher is the cyanogen mod launcher. The cyanogen mod team develops aosp ROMs for most of the major android phones and is generally considered one of the best and most stable aftermarket ROMs out there. But then perhaps you already knew that last bit.

My screen has the red flash graphic bug as well. I rebooted multiple time but couldn't get it to go away. Other than that the rom seems awesome so far. Great job.

thanks. I found another bug. Can't get Google Maps to update to the latest version. Error code - this application is not signed correctly.
Kernel seems fine. I am using the OC version and I haven't had any reboots or crashes yet. Will report on battery life tomorrow.
Running great so far, don't like how the text input option stays in the notification bar when typing, but I'm nitpicky . Been waiting for a smart ass kernel though

Looks like aosp issue trying to find what's causing it in meantime use phone browser or pc

It does not come with Swype. I actually use Swype Beta (only keyboard I use) and it was themed by him, but on the GB ROM, which still works great on all his ICS ROM from beta.
Yes, this Kernel has the Rogue ClockworkMod Recovery.

Finally my favorite GB ROM goes ICS I hope I don't have the same problems I had with the test release you made earlier this month.

Not familiar with the OP's GB based rom although it looked pretty sharp. This one has a lot of nice mod's, tweaks and the theme ing looks very good as well. I may have to give this a shot!

So I've got a little something for you guys. If anybody is having keyboard issues after flashing 240 dpi and going back to stock and you don't want to re-install (what a pain) then keep reading. If you like all the Tablet UI that I've been showing off with Josh's sweet rom, then pay attention.
I stumbled upon a great little app that sticks it to PA and gives everybody this awesome ability.
1. Download the Xposed installer from HERE
2. Install the apk, open the program
3. Hit install/update, waitforit, then reboot
4. Next download the Xposed App Settings 0.9 from HERE
5. Install the apk, DO NOT OPEN
6. Navigate back to the Xposed Installer in you drawer
7. Go to modules and check Xposed App Settings
8. REBOOT, very important
9. Open Xposed Settings
9. Have fun!

If you have issues with Play Store saying your device isn't compatible, install THIS. If you have any other issues with something not sticking, artifacting, or no changes occurring make sure you've saved it first. If issues persist then reboot, reboot again, and make sure to reboot. Seriously, if you ask for help you better tell me that you have rebooted since your last change or I will reboot you.

I never needed it coming from Jellybomb. I never lost root on odex or deodex.

Josh, 1 st odex thank you as always. 2ndn your screen shots show wifi tether. .. but that it's not working on freeza's leak... did you fix it? Or has it been tested? The connection said not show up on computers.

through my testting I have not lost root...
however YMMV,
You know where the zip is to get root back...
and If there is another leak... too bad, im not working it till official.

You will keep recovery, so if you lose root, you can always flash the zip to get it back....

So I've got a little something for you guys. If anybody is having keyboard issues after flashing 240 dpi and going back to stock and you don't want to re-install (what a pain) then keep reading. If you like all the Tablet UI that I've been showing off with Josh's sweet rom, then pay attention.
I stumbled upon a great little app that sticks it to PA and gives everybody this awesome ability.
1. Download the Xposed installer from HERE
2. Install the apk, open the program
3. Hit install/update, waitforit, then reboot
4. Next download the Xposed App Settings 0.9 from HERE
5. Install the apk, DO NOT OPEN
6. Navigate back to the Xposed Installer in you drawer
7. Go to modules and check Xposed App Settings
8. REBOOT, very important
9. Open Xposed Settings
9. Have fun!

what is the harm in flashing a rom when my device isnt fully charged at 100%? i always ask this every time i get a new device and i get different responses from everyone so i always wait until my phone is fully charged to flash anything..but does it really matter ? i would like to get a definite answer for once lol
