Just get it from the market and install as any other launcher. no need to touch the tw-launcher
Sorry, what I ment is that you only replace the ginger launcher. The touchwiz launcher is named twlauncher in system/app
Can anyone tell me where the mainmenu_icon_application and mainmenu_icon_home are as i am trying to change them but can't find them on the phones apps folder

It should be in the launcher app.
Inside TouchWiz30launcher.apk under /res/drawable-hdpi folder

Found it : TouchWiz30Launcher (Lite'ning Rom v6.1 XXKH3)
Could somebody please make a flashable zip of the TouchWiz UX 5x5/5x6 Launcher? I'm on stock rooted UVALH2 ROM and really don't want to flash another ROM for that feature. I searched the entire forum for this and couldn't find one. Maybe I missed it somewhere? Thank you.
Download one of the roms that have those launchers grab the seclauncher2.apk from system-app of the rom zip file and push it via root explorer into the system-app of your rom.

ever stop to think he may not know how to do that? He clearly stated he would like a flashable zip not a guide on moving apks from system

I know how to do it. A flashable zip would be a lot easier than downloading a 600mb ROM just to copy the launcher but it's no biggie. Thanks though bud.

Well in that case i hope he learns to do it and use search button cuz that way it will even be more fun for him too. But glad to see the kind of logic you use. Spoon feeding should be ended. Op nothing against you bud, is just that ppl like the one i am replying to think spoonfeeding should be gramted to everybody askong for something.

So i made it work on Jellybean (stock) - I went into system and deleted the .odex for the touchwiz app and rebooted - that fixed it

The calendar.apk from Blackjelly Rom is simply the best calendar app i've used. Now i tried to use titanium backup and try to restore it. but it won't stick with other roms. Do i have to use someother app to pull it ?

Now I unistalled my old calendar apk with titanium backup, and after pasting it to my system/app folder. the installation fails and says app not installed.
Do i need to do something else ?
You need to place it in systems/app folder then change permissions to rw-r-r

Thank you for all the replys. I think its not working maybe because im on AOSP rom and that app is from stock based rom ? >__<;;
I rebooted and tried reinstalling it and wont work, also checked the file and it was set at rw--r--r.

You didn't say you were on aosp, you can't use a touchwiz app on aosp.
