Why you need the launcher?
It will not work on ICS because it needs other framework files, etc.
To get the JB Launcher you have to download the ROM file and then open system/app and copy the launcher/launcher2 .apk file...
There's not much difference between ics and jb launcher so why you want it? Use ics launcher or flash jb.
And this is wrong section.

Yeah, just download a JB ROM and pull the launcher yourself.
Go down to the Play and Store where you Search Jelly Bean Launcher. I'd also include a reference but as a newbie I can not

i would flsah jb but i have a htc that doesnt have a port yet. because you guys had the official rom i was gunna post the jelly bean launcher in our section and see if someone could make it work.
its the same launcher as ics....

Hey everbody, here is the Touchwiz Home Launcher from the Sprint GS3 modded to allow wallpaper scrolling. Thansk go out to Toss3, I modded the apk according to his instructions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27433971&postcount=71
Download the attached(right click and "save as") and flash through recovery
The first one is for ICS, the second is for JellyBean

If it's just a launcher, couldn't this work with the other gs3 variants? Would would be different? I have T-Mobile and would like this feature.
It will probably work with all the US variants. I tried the I9300 one and it didnt work on my device. In order to avoid having to answer a bunch of questions, I posted it for Sprint only, but you can try it.

Is the enabling of scrolling wallpapers the only mod? Also, how would I go about installing/uninstalling this particular APK without root? (reading referenced Touchwiz modding thread now to see if I can figure out without handholding.
If this does what I hope, thanks!
(update: teaching myself to fish, it looks like if I back up the SecLauncher2.apk currently on my device and drop the new one in, I can switch back and forth. Giving it a try.)
If your stock, it might not work. This mod was done with the stock deodexed rom, and yours is probably odexed(since you dont have root). You might be able to install like a normal app, but Im not sure.

I can confirm this works for tmobiles galaxy s3. Im running stock deodexed rom!
Can we install this on AOSP JB roms or is it just for Touchwiz roms?

It requires touchwiz framework.
Why?
If you just install a custom launcher (nova, go, apex, etc) im pretty sure these all have the capability to enable wallpaper scrolling

I love TouchWizUX & Weather widget from S3. When upgrade to the base rom 4.0.4 and CM10 TouchWizUX is incompatible. Whether there is any mod is compatible for both ROM yet? tks so much

The ported TouchwizUX works with 4.0.4.
You can try the .apk attached on 4.1.1. Test it out and see if it works.

Try the .apk attached. You need a root browser to push this apk.
Backup everything first.

You can get stock Samsung keyboard for JB but I don't know if you can get one with Danish layout.

not able to place widgets
installed the apk.i can see the scrolling effect but not able to place any of widgets on nay of my home screens. any idea ?? iam on lpt 4.0.4
is there a way to port this apk so we can use it? im on cm10 but i think it is a tw base apk but i can revert back if there is a way to use that galelry

i know this but i was going to flash wicked rom which is but i would like to see if the gallery apk will work but i cant find it
Can't work on any ICS build, you will need a jb leak fie the gallery to work, is in the international theme and apps forums

Hello,
I'm new to One V and xda too. I just unlocked the bootloader and rooted my One V(PrimoU), and I've tried few ROMs but not much really satisfies my daily needs, so I decided to switch back to a rooted stock ROM.
But I really love the CM9 windows transition animation which is not available in the stock Sense 4.0 ROM, so I googled for some help to try to use APK Manager to mod my stock framework-res.apk (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342117) but I found that some sense 4.0 apks cannot be compiled by the apk manager so tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1642224. But it didn't work for me too, can anyone help me or to make a flashable zip of CM9 windows transition animation for me?

Thank you for the advice but I've already been looking for that in the themes and apps section. But I only see animation of jb but not ics. Can you help?
Ok sorry it is JB animations. Maybe a different launcher would suffice? I don't think the UOT kitchen works well with sense but I'm not 100% on that.

Launcher can change that from app to launcher but not from app to app or in app actions...

Thanks man, it works good but i want touchwiz30launcher from the stock 2.3.6 (with transparent drawer)...
because it has more space in home pages(the widgets and shortcuts are bigger than in s/s2 touchwiz)
