Allthough this ROM will be up to date allthough the updates may come a little bit later as at other ROM´s since i don´t want to provide a ROM with massive innovations and full of bugs but a rock stable, fast, battery friendly Daily ROM.

Any screens to check out the theme?

There you go
As i said nothing special.. but every dev had a starting point And this is mine

Does camera works? How's the battery
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium

Camera works fine.
Battery life is a bit better than Stock JB.
I get like 3-4 hours of screen-on-time.

Doesn't let me download gapps says I'm already downloading something
Can you upload a different site for gapps?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium

Probably thats a problem with the file hoster. If you are already downloading something finish it first and then try again. Else just try rebooting or something.
PS: For further release i will try to implement Toggles, interface and performance setings (From EOS Rom), theme the dialer and contacts and theme the keyboard key pup-ups.
Hope to get it all done as soon as possible Stuck at recompiling settings.apk If anyone could help me with that...that would be nice, since i have never done that and need some help with an weird error.
Edit
Maybe i can re-upload Gapps tomorrow. In Germany it´s 2 pm and i need some sleep. Also i live in a small village and with my horrific connection uploading takes ages!

All the very best waitng too more good work from you

I noticed the debugging icon is still the ICS icon.

i don't want to be rude, but instead of releasing a full rom why don't you just release a theme? because to be honest here i don't see the point of using other ppl work then add a theme and release a new rom.

It´s because i just started and I will learn and build new things in. But I need a start since I am a person who learns slowly And i thought that I can also share y work and progress..
If ROM developing won´t work .. yeah.. i will go back to theming.. but since i´m so damn willing to do it i hope i gonna make it!

I'm having trouble with the camera application. I did a full wipe and flashed Gapps, but it the camera app isn't on my phone. Did I do anything wrong?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app

Hm.. i never had that problem.
Version 2 is almost finished.. I´ll fix the camera.apk and include Gapps since some of you have problems with those..

What is that memo app that you have in the second screen shot?
Edit third screen shot
sent from my Galaxy Nexus running official Jelly Bean!!!!

That´s a stock memo App from S3.
If you want to i can include it in next build.

Build 2 arrived.
Check Changelog.
You won´t encounter any probs with gaaps anymore since they are included now.
At the moment I´, working on a 32dpi Navbar MOD right now.

While I really like the look of this rom, it has incompatibility issues with a lot of apps. Getting "You device isn't compatible with this version" error. I do not have this problem with other JB roms.

Thanks for your work bro. Could you post the themed apps separately? I'm running on stock JB. Will be helpful for a lot of us. Thanks again

So I've been playing around with the rom and so far everything is running pretty smoothly.
I've noticed that the first time when i installed it i was laggy but after about 10 min i shut it down and restarted it and everything was a lot better.
Everything works well, the widgets and all. dint have the chance to test BT and WIFI and GPS cause i've been playing with it in my breaks at work but i'll get back to you guys on this one
also so far i haven't noticed anything weird related to battery which at least for me is a huge plus .
the UI look very nice, i cant wait for you to port everything else
Thank you very much for sharing. i'll get back to you if i find anything else
Very nice work bud! UI is quick and snappy wifi and bt etc work no problem! On a whole, very nice work bud....congratulations

Hey guys, idk if its just a me or a bug in the rom or whatever but the only glitch ive got so for is the fact that when i have to start or stop my wifi i have to try it a couple of times, as in i have to start it 3 or 4 times before it actually stays on and the same for turning it off. now it might just be me but i wanted to let everyone know about it
everything else workrs great
wifi problem
graet rom... but my wifi is not working its showing thats its connected but its not working kindly help?
that happened to me the first time i turned it on. try restarting the device, it worked for me.
Had a few random reboots, but that's about it and I don't particularly mind them as they don't bother me

Absolutely loving your ROM! Silky smooth and refined with the awesome custom additions. Big thank you.
Folks, get this ROM. Put it on with the Apex kernel and it's beastly. With fairly light use, I only dropped 10% after three hours. Every other config I did was 10% within the first half hour even idling.
Looks good! Love a good clean thread like this and the ROM looks cool!

Same on the cdma build.
I updated from build 6 to build 7 and now I'm missing the music app :/ Aside from that, this from is great! Barely lost any battery on power saver mode and its been 6 hours! On Francisco Franco's kernel ( on nightly 2)
Just one suggestion though, is there any way to make the custom setting options in the notification tray customizable?
Id really like to have the ability to add custom apps and toggles
Nonetheless, great rom!

EDIT: Just checked MD5, it was a bad download, works great now
Just installed this after a full wipe. It shows that the build is 4.0.1; Google wallet crashes immediately and repeatedly; No system menu options in notification menu; It seems like this is just a renamed stock ROM... I'll try V6 to see if it was just posted incorrectly.
Phone: UK GSM Galaxy Nexus - Maguro/Yakju
Carrier: T-Mobile USA
Previous ROM: Modaco (wiped it when installing)
You grabbed the wrong one man. 4.03 with lots of customization.
Looks like I keep getting the Chinese keyboard keeps FC after a fresh install. I don't see the English setting to choose from.

Redownload the newest Gapps. I had a different version up for a few minutes.
where i can download lastest gapps working on this rom?
EDIT: Found it! http://goo-inside.me/roms/edt/maguro/gapps-ics-aokp-122011.zip
Hi,
really like your rom. GPS is working fine on this one and really nice bootscreen
However, there are a few things I've found which could be optimized (attached a few files).
Replace the old gallery with the new one from 4.0.3 (old one has a 30 FPS limit...)
Replace Genie Widget with the new one from 4.0.3 (old one is ugly compared to the new version)
Remove first line in /system/lib/egl/egl.cfg for better 3D acceleration
Otherwise it would be nice to have the possibility to reach the settings menu from status bar again without loosing the ability to set wifi and display brightness etc...

Fantastic ROM, light, flawless when paired with Franco's/Trinity kernels. Been using Pete's builds and AOKP mostly, best ROMs around imho. Great addition with the notification widgets in latest build too.
Thanks for your work Pete
Very interesting, keeping an eye on this one.
Great just what i was looking for to power my nexus, gonna test it now, thanks.
EDIT : Works perfectly so far, fast and stable and not to many customisations, just like a rom is supposed to be if you like close to stock
Battery life is excellent also, less than 1%/h in standby with latest Franco kernel 16.1.
Good job, gonna stick with this one at least untill cm9 is released!
Thanks Im gonna try it tonight.
so, anybody have tried it? any comments?
how about comparison with others?
Have been using them for a while, very nice with an authentic stock taste, I highly recommend Peter's nightlies since i never encountered any problems using them, actually they are there in Rom Manager's rom list, check the comments there, i use them with franco's kernel
Glad you like it!
hi
love to see this rom but one big question i got how is it possible to add mah to the battery ?
if you can ask me this question i will flash it ^^

It's barebone stock ICS with a few optimizations and notification widgets, a la CM. It's probably the smoothest ROM out there, been running Pete's builds for about 2 months, never had an issue.
Pete, if its possible to implement an option to have Batt % if one choses this, for me, would be the perfect ROM.
Nice rom please add batt %.

Very very nice smooth rom. I had to switch back to aokp though since you can't add and remove nav buttons from the nav bar, other than that it was great. A stock aosp rom like this with nav bar control, battery percentage (like the bar/percent from apex or gummy), and notification toggles( which you already included) would be absolutely the perfect smooth slim rom. Thanks for your work Pete. If you add those options I'll be back otherwise just keep up the amazing work its much appreciated!
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
Nice rom, It's fast and stable. It also adds one of my favorite CM features: the notification power widget. I'll play around with this one for a bit. Thanks Pete
Great ROM! I was looking for something near stock and this is it. Thanks!
hi peter
ihave questions

3- you have ota updates?
thanks alot dowloading !
1: Yes Wipe if u come from another rom otherwise not. BUT nice to wipe always. 2: Yes. 3: don't know what u mean ?

Sounds great but can you provide more details? What features were cherry picked from CM9 and AOKP? Is the removal of some apps what makes it so 'slim' or is performance improved as well?

Why is everything tiny? Has the LCD density been modified? Is there a way beside adjusting font size to get the size more stock so I don't have to get my reading glasses lol. This is a very nice rom and I would like to keep it. One more question; voice input? I don't see the mic icon on my keyboard. Am I missing the bus?

Using this rom with the Virgin Theme. Working perfectly so far. Was longing for stock, but didnt like the Dexrom's themeing. Otherwise the rom was good.
Either way, im getting good battery life out of this rom so far after about 18-20 hours since flashing. Theme and everything else works perfectly as well.
Can someone check this for me if they are on STOCK roms please. When you plug in headphones that have a mic, does the mic actually work for calls? If your headphones do not have a built in mic, will the phone use the phone's own mic and route the volume through the headphones?
I could have sworn that on the stock rom, if you plugged in headphones wiithout a mic, the phone would route the sound through the headphones and the use the phone's internal mic instead. But it doesnt seem to work anymore.
I am downloading this now to try it out I'll be honest whats peaked my interest are those battery stats!! Atm I am using Blackjelly v0.9.1 (Sprint official) and thats given me the best battery stats I've had since owning my device and my usage is usually about 4 hours screen time and 14 hours standby and then my phones dead lol. Looking forward to checking this out!! The download is SLOW though.. for some reason im sitting at 17 kb/s.. lol
Sorry been really busy working on 3 versions including this one and work and so on . More reports the better :good: Battery life as you know tho is completely different as per user. I get great battery life but I'm not a heavy user and don't play games on my phone either
As for the mic thing mixxy to be honest I have no idea never use a headset for calls .
Great job liking this Rom
