Market Apps Install Locally but not Via the Google Play Website - Samsung Epic 4G Touch

I'd appreciate some help. I'm running ICS 4.0.4 (AOKP M6) and I can install apps locally on my phone, but when I try via the web client it doesn't work.
In fact there's a bunch of apps that say "Installed" on the Google Play website (In My Apps > All) for me when they're not.
I tried clearing cache and davik from recovery, and also clearing the cache from app settings.
I've tried removing my Google Account and readding it.

Apps won't show up as installed in market

I formated my SD, did a full wipe and installed Android Revolution HD.
For some reason all my apps reappeared (does google sync them when I log in with my google account?), but they won't show up as installed in the market.
I can't get any automatic updates that way.
Is there any way to make the market recognize my apps without having to manually reinstall every single one?
Thanks for your help.
Deleting data and clearing cache of the market in the applications menu fixed it.

Funny behaivour after Nandroid Restore on another phone

My dad and I both have DHDs, he had a problem with his phone so I did a Nandroid backup and restored it on his phone by transferring the files over. This worked well, and I removed my accounts from his phone and restored his SMS, Contacts etc.
Weird thing is, when he installs something - it also installs it on my device even though we are logged on separate Google Accounts. I can no longer install apps from the Play store website because I receive the error, "There are no Android phones associated with this account". I have tried to remove the account and then add it again to my phone but that didn't work. I cleared the Google Play App's data and cache and restarted - that didn't work.
Any other suggestions?
Okay, so I was able to resolve this by:
Removing my Google Account
Clear Google Play app data
Restart phone
Open Google Play and Sign in
Install a GAPP (Youtube, Gmail, Maps etc.) app (or update) - this will force the Play store to recognise the phone through the PC.
I am now able to remotely install apps via my PC.
Really strange indeed

Maybe a file linking the two together?

Check if you have something like Titanium Backup or any other app that might be messing with the accounts. Try doing a wipe cache and dalvik. If the issue persist, then try reflashing a rom (after a full wipe)
You saved me!

I scavenged the web everywhere for a solution to this, and this is the only piece of information that actually solved my problem. Thank you for sharing!
This happens to me sometimes as I flash all kinds of roms, and restore old backups. It seems to have something to do with the device ID not being updated properly after a restore, or something. Anyhow, this does the trick without having to wipe the phone.

Ok, i solved this. Steps here:
1- Removed Google Play Services completely via Titanium Backup
2- Downloaded Google Play Services from apkmirror
3- Remame the apk file to GmsCore.apk
4- Move GmsCore.apk to /system/app (do not install) and set permissions to rw-r--r-- (644)
5- Reboot to recovery mod, wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache, reboot system.
6- After that i got Play Store worked, Chrome, Maps and Drive didn't work so i uninstalled and reinstalled them, now all works.
Note re: Step 4--
I was only able to make this work after I actually DID install the Google Play Services apk from apkmirror
