Did the flash make it to the end with no errors? Which firmware are you trying to flash? You should probably add a bit more info then just "Xperia play cannot boot up"

If flashing the rom doesn't work I'm not sure.... try this tho just in case, pull out the battery, re insert it, DON'T POWER ON, HOLD the BACK button, then plug in the usb cord. This may resolve your problem....

The device is in cwm. When I choose reboot system now , the device
doesn't go to the system, it goes to SONY logo then it loops back.
All what I have now is recovery mode cwm .I am trying to flash a custom ROM that is located in my PC to phones' sdCard .
The problem is that I can't copy the rom from my PC to phone SDcard.
guys please help ..
And the sd card is mounted?
Have you formatted the system? Since it cannot boot...
Maybe your partitions are messed up.. I don't know what to do with that

Try to flash a new kernel with SD mouting fixed with Flashtool, then download a new rom and flash it with CMW
Or
Flash the stock rom with flashtool.

The Device doesn't boot to android . So I downloaded the Rom in my labtop but I can't transfer it to the device.
I went to mount as USB storage through recovery mode but also it didn't work because this option is not compatible with ICS.

Is your boot loader unlocked? If yes, then you should be able to connect your phone in fastboot and flash a custom kernel so that you can access cwm and flash a rom from your internal storage.
If your boot loader isn't unlocked, then download Sony's official software called Sony Update Service and do a re-install of the phone's software. Installing SUS should take care of all the driver problems too.
