Found this nice app because I wanted an extended power menu but didn't want to deodex my phone. Works well and I think it does a faster job to recovery and download as well as a simple reboot. Here is the link to the app onGoogle Play:

Didn't find this in search so if there is another thread, sorry. Hope it does what you want if your prefer to have an odexed phone. BTW I have XWKTM on my phone but it should work on all other roms. Just make sure to be rooted.

this one i made is on LP4 ROM
developers will know how to find my codec inside and do it for the future ROMs

For ICS there is already restart button, so just follow how that mRestart is done and make two more ( for example mRecovery, mDownload )

Mine i got to say is any.do...
Its a task manager, with google sync... has nice widgets, and its simply gorgeous...

To save ur i9100 home key's life, the navigation bar is useful, and this is modified the height of bar to 25dip, is more suitable for i9100!!
