I already told x0xhellx0x the same but might as well post it here as well:
You should use my fw/base repo fork instead of the sgt7 one.
<project path="frameworks/base" name="loosethisskin/android_frameworks_base" remote="github" revision="jb-sgt7" />
because of those two commits which are not in sgt7.
The first one is to prevent Google Now from FC'ing - not sure if it's still needed though.
The second one comments out writing OOM values lowmemorykiller at startup because otherwise the values I set in my 02oom init.d script would be overwritten. Without the second commit you probably end up with some sub-optimal values.

Excuse me...BUMP

Good job on the rom. Got a 6123 on antutu. Are there plans for theming more of it?

how the HELL do you get such big numbers ?
I use Antutu 2.9, clean, default install, and can't get past 5300!
What tricks do you use?

Welcome to the club .
I'm in the same boat. Many using my ROM get Antutu benchmark results of 6000 and more and I'm stuck at around 5300.
See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29843369#post29843369 here and read a few pages back.

So it seems like some mysterious hardware differences that make some people more lucky?
Well, my only hope is that a new kernel from hashcode could in theory solve this problem. Until then JB for me is mostly unusable as it gets a very slow interface.

No, it doesn't. The UI is on par if not better/snappier than on CM9.
Antutu not showing perfect numbers doesn't mean anything. It's just a benchmark and doesn't reflect the smoothness of a ROM at all.

Yes, if you saying default launcher
No, as I mean Go launcher EX. It is very sluggish. And I still have a lot of widgets, shortcuts on it. And I'm lazy to reset all in another launcher .
Anyway JB is the future, and I go for it when I'll find time.

If you have this issue with Go launcher and not the default JB launcher then even a Antutu score of 6xxx won't make it better. The app needs to be fixed then.

Dang, I hate this S3 mms stuff. And I use my phone 50% for texting and mms pictures. Oh well. Any word on if the next android will have this problem as well? Must be something with the Appl law suite.
Not sure if the next android would have the problem to be honest.

Is there no boot animation? The reason I ask is because this either has no boot animation or it does not boot. I gave it 10 minutes to boot and nothing. I re-downloaded and same thing. Someone please verify. Thanks

Purpose
Infamous Resurrection is a ROM that uses the original Infamous T989 ROM as a base. This gives the developer of the original Infamous T989 ROM, Jamison904, the luxury to have a life, and take care of his family. Therefore, this ROM does not deviate all that much from the design of the original work.
If anyone tells you that developing a ROM is easy work, I can tell you first hand that they are wrong. I have spent many days and nights with no sleep to make this a reality.
Donations are welcome.

BEST FEATURE OF ALL, NO B.S., NO TRICKS, NO PLACEBO EFFECT, JUST A STABLE STOCK REPLACEMENT AND DAILY DRIVER No Bravia Engine because it is apparently a scam ! ! !
The Bravia Engine is a technology used by Sony on its LCDs. We are using Freaking SuperAmoled+ Here ! ! !
Some ROMS that I have seen which claim to have the "Bravia Engine" have very grainy camera quality for some odd reason.
Furthermore, as far as I know the Bravia Engine simply estimates what would be in between frames are on higher refresh displays and spits out an image thats not originally meant to be there in between images that are supposed to be there to give the impression of smoother video.
So it is not meant to improve photographic picture quality of the camera and Not to improve ??? Sound ??? as some people claim.
Additionally this estimated image can be completely unwelcome and cause strange artifacts according to home theater professionals whose documentation I have read.
Instructions:
1. Do a NAND backup
2. Do a clean system wipe using your preferred With TWRP or if still on CWM use TDJ's Darkside SuperWipe
3. Install ROM using the latest TWRP (Recomended) or non-touch CWM recovery.
4. After the ROM has booted, let settle for a minimum of five minutes (Don't touch the phone for at least five minutes.)
5. Reboot the phone
6. If phone does not restart within 2 and a half minutes, power phone off by holding down the power button and restart phone into TWRP Recovery. Then do a cache Wipe, or if your still using CWM use preferred cache wipe method (Darkside Cache wipe. Tested and recommended for this Thanks TDJ for all of your help.)

But it is a nice 4.0.4 ROM that is fully functioning. The reason it takes so long to release our ROMs is because we don't release garbage. Our ROMs are not meant for ROM hoppers to get excitet about for a second and move on, they are made to enhance your device for daily use.

Notes (easy to fix problems):
The default icon layout and widget layout was not set up. You will have to put icons in the places you like yourself.
You will get problem loading widget on TouchWiz where TouchWiz thinks a widget should be. Simply remove empty widget from home screen to Fix.
Trebuchet will try to load the Nexus messenger app which is not available. Fix by deleting the Nexus Messager app icon form the Trebuchet home screen and dragging the Samsung TouchWiz Messenger app in its place to fix.
Some SGS3 widgets are not included, so if you try to add them they will not load. Fix by downloading and installing the widgets you want.

Welcome to SentinelROM for Samsung Galaxy Nexus - maguro. Compiled with Linaro toolchain from modded CM10.1 source. Android 4.2.2.
With over 160,000 downloads to date, this is one of the most popular ROMs for Nexus 10, Nexus 7 Nexus 4, SGS3, SGS2, Note 2 and HTC One X, and after a month of hard work and optimisation, I am happy to release it for Galaxy Nexus.
Read what people are saying about SentinelROM.
This ROM is compiled from CyanogenMod 10.1 with all the features you get in a CM10.1 ROM, plus the following features.
Compiled with Linaro toolchain for extreme performance
Zip Aligned
LMT Pie Controls.
Compiled from latest CyanogenMod 10.1 source by me, not a 'cooked ROM'.
Improved Web Browsing performance
Improved 3D gaming performance
Amazing battery life
Additional theming and UI customisation
FAST support via this page and our Facebook Page
________________________
This ROM has been built to enhance the CyanogenMod 10.1 experience, with faster gaming and web browsing performance (no choppyness in Chrome too!).
Countless hours have been spent making tweaks to settings to squeeze the most performance I can find out of this ROM while still providing excellent battery life and without the dangers of overclocking and kernel level tweaking.
I compile this ROM and Kernel from the latest CyanogenMod source code, add my various tweaks and adjustments, then test for stability, so you get all the benefits of CyanogenMod 10.1, plus my tweaks and extras, all without the instability and inconvenience of flashing CyanogenMod nightlies (which are not designed specifically for the Nexus 4 like my ROM is.
The kernel source is available from the CyanogenMod's GitHub.
Please note that I do not own a Galaxy Nexus. This ROM is tested on my Nexus 10, compiled again from source to suit the Galaxy Nexus and tested by my lovely tester team, then released for you to enjoy. Therefore I ask that you please report any issues you come across in this thread so I can do my best to sort them out ASAP.
________________________
________________________
Boot Animation is broken and only shows the first few frames, then a black screen. This will be fixed in the next build. Device still boots as normal
Note: On CM10.1 ROMs, to access the internal SD card on your device via USB on your PC, please go to "Settings" - "About Tablet" and tap on "Build Number" repeatedly to unlock "Developer Options". Now go to "Developer Options" and enable "Android Debugging".
________________________
If installing for the first time:
To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked bootloader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed (personally I recommend TWRP, I have had issues with restoring backups using CWM).
Copy the downloaded SentinelROM zip to your Internal Storage.
Boot into your custom recovery
Back up your stock ROM
Factory Reset and wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
Wipe system partition
Install the ROM
Install GAPPS package
Reboot - First boot may take up to 5 minutes
Important: After installation you will be asked if you want to turn on CyanogenMod Statistics, please leave it off as this is an unofficial/modified build.
Note: Use of titanium backup to restore apps and data from another ROM is not recommended, and is the source of 90% of user issues, especially when it comes to battery life. Do so at your own risk.
You may flash other kernels as you wish via recovery. Remember to also flash the correct libraries for any 3rd party kernels. Instructions will be given by the Kernel author. NOTE: Updating the ROM via OTA will also overwrite any custom Kernels you have installed.

Looks great , for sure will giv it a try thx for new rom !
I'm particularly keen to hear how the camera is going as it seems to be the one thing people are having a few issues with on some other Samsung devices.
Being a stock ASOP device, it should be pretty solid though!

Fair call. It's always a bit hard to break the ice on a new device. Especially an older one as people are more set in their ways.
If you're interested in reading what some users are saying on other devices, check out this link
There's always the Facebook page too which is full of feedback.

Not at this stage. But I'm always on the look out for additional devices to add. I have to be careful though, because if I bite off more than I can chew, I'll end up not being able to offer good support. It's hard to get the balance right sometimes.

Wow bradthomas127, you are just amazing man. Thanks for keeping the V alive. I have moved on to the LGOG, and MotoX, and am probably getting the Desire 601 as a spare, but I still have the V that I take with me every once in a while. You all have made the V easy to keep around. Thanks again, and remember, us peons appreciate everything you developers do.

I haven't noticed any. I added the low ram device flags ( http://source.android.com/devices/low-ram.html ) so i guess we will see once app developers start taking advantage of the API.

Thanks for the kind words. The Desire 601 looks like a really nice phone, i'm waiting on the N5 to be delivered now but it says that it don't ship till the 11th.

Very Cool. I been waiting for a 4.4 rom to pop up.
When you say Data is broken but sms is working, are we saying things like the browser and apps that depend on the web won't work but everything "Phone" related is ok?
Maybe I'm just a lil slow.. lol..
definitely want to take it for a spin though.
That just means 3G doesn't work. Web is still accessible through Wi-Fi

Yes, mobile data is broken, WIFI works but you will not have data if you are not around WIFI and no MMS. This is really just a taste of KitKat right now, something broke Audio all of a sudden so i am trying to fix it now so no one misses phone calls.
This ROM should not be flashed unless you have the time to flash back to something more stable.
That's cool, I just want something to mess around with. lol.. got two or three out there I'm gonna try this weekend, just to see how they play.
we will wait and version GSM

That sux dude. I almost jumped on the Nexus bandwagon this time around, but I think I'll wait for a different manufacturing partner. Don't get me wrong, I like LG, I mean I have the LGOG and all, but I am kind of hoping next time it will be Motorola. Complete and utter Google CONTROL! How awesome would that be. Thanks again man, and I hope you get it sooner.
OP updated with new download.
Audio is fixed so now you can use Google now the was it was meant to be in KK.
woot woot brad
respect my man
why is there no love for GSM version ? always !
Just wanted to say thanks for this amazing work i thought the one v was about to die lol
but anyway, i tried it and it works great. Other than the bugs in the OP, i noticed some graphical glitches throughout the system ui. For example, when i used the recent apps menu, the thumbnails were just streaks of white and other colors. But other than that, great job!
Would it be possible to port this to gsm?

My builds are free to use to do ports with but i think primou is going to need kernel work first.

The slider we opted for our HF logo. Yes we want center clock too. That's on the list to be added.
For nav bar, does it do anything? Like the option gets checked then unchecked? Can you be a but more specific please.
As for LCD density not working, how are you attempting to change it?
