App Required. Can Someone guide? - HTC One X

Hi all.
I wanted to transfer my pictures from my picture album (hard copies) into my laptop. I thought I'd take picture of that photograph from my One X and would then transfer it to lappy. But that isn't so convenient. Don't have a scanner
Is there any app that'd let me take perfect pictures of those album pictures?
See the attached picture. The extra space on both sides of the photograph isn't needed. Is there any app that takes pictures with perfect borders or edges so I can make exact photo and transfer all photos (200+) to my lappy?
Zooming in doesn't help.
Hope I've made the point clear.

Wanna make use of my phone.
On the serious note I once read about such an app but I no longer remember the name.

The only thing I can think of that would do what you are asking is something along the lines of a document scanner. But I'm not sire how great the results would be.
You could always give it a try

Just one example I found.

All good now.

Looking for a live wallpaper with raindrops on it.

Basically, I'd like a wallpaper that just has plain raindrops fall on it (into the screen). Something like this image:

Those were pulled from the new dual core lg phone, and as an avid reader of androidcentral i happened to remember. There's one on there that is exactly what you're looking for...i think. Read it up and give it a try.
EDIT: i gave it a try, and idk if its what you want. It was a little boring for me. But hey! You might like it.

Argh, this is almost perfect! The only thing it lacks is the ability to set the background and control the frequency of the drops.
That's gay..they force you to register to see download link. Can someone post it?

Do u prefer soft keys or HTC capacitive keys?

Hey guys.
While watching the football this idea popped into my head, do u like what HTC have done with the capacitive keys or would u have prefered on screen buttons in their place? With effectively the whole front of the device being the screen like the gnex. I personally would have preferred on screen buttons, I like bezel less devices like the gnex and like customizing the soft keys.It would also get rid of the ugly 3 dot menu button on our one x.
Post ur opinions below.
Thanks
Adam

I dont care about the buttons. As long as it works.
The three dot thing is fixed in the 2.x roms.
Also fixed on the One V.

The 3 dot thing doesn't frustrate me.
And about the keys, on screen or off screen, they use space anyway so I don't care as long as they work indeed.

The HTC One V also uses the "Built in" option to have the three dots.
The 2.x ROMS will have the same option.

after spamming the forum with "thanks" you want us to help you??? also nothing we can do about the camera
The photos are processed and compressed for better looks on the phone screen not on the PC.. that's why the photo looks so bad. but at 5mp camera, what did you expected? 3d shots?

Does anyone know why this happens?

So I am using my phone like normal and suddenly every word on the screen looks like its jumbled up. I have no idea why this happens but it goes back to being normal as son as I hot reboot my phone or kill the app. I have posted a screenshot of what I have described above.
Many thanks to whoever replies.

Common issue with just about every ICS rom for the DZ/G2, usually have to force close the app (manage app) to get it to go away for that app. Fortunately it only seems to happen so often and usually to a specific app when it does.
Oh okay then, I thought I was the only one who's phone suffers from this problem...it usually happens when I'm boasting in front of my bro who has an iPhone about how awesome Android phones are lol... but thanks for the quick reply!

Yea it caught me off guard too the first time, a little googling and searching XDA pretty much cleared it up. I rarely get it but least I know when it does happen it's not a big deal, usually only shows up for me in the play store.
The layman reason would be because DZ/G2 has no official ICS drivers as of yet, so just bout everything is ported from other devices or rewritten so it may take some time before it's rock solid. Fortunately though most of the work put into ICS can most likely be applied to Jelly Bean (i.e.: 4.0.* -> 4.1.*)

[REQ] turning this into an android wallpaper

I love this wallpaper but not too great in photoshop. was hoping someone would be willing to take the apple logo, and make it an android watermark and take out the writing on the bottom left corner. also if you can me them into separate pictures like a lock screen and home screen it would be nice.
Thanks in advance if someone take it on.

I have my senior pictures being taken today but after that I think that I can probably do it! To be clear, you only want them separated, the signature in the bottom left taken out, and the Apple logo on the pot to be taken out, right? Nothing done to the image on the right except separating it from the left?

The picture itself didn't fit in the 720x1280 dimensions so I kinda had to either stretch them or resize them and cut off certain parts of the picture. I'll make changes if needed when I'm able to
