I am wondering if someone knows how to use the At&t status bar mod V20c for V20e. I hate the scrolling carrier icon and would like to have the At&t signal bar. The bell one resembles gingerbread.
Go to Settings / system and on top you should see status bar. Click on it and select signal status style. Select icon (default) and you're done.

I'm pretty sure its either in the framework.apk or the htc.resources.apk
i used uot kitchen to change the status bar icons and all of them work except the 3g symbol, the arrows and the signal strength bar. some of the themed icon sets change it but they look stupid, so i was wondering what exactly needs to be changed so i can do it myself?

I was wondering if there was any weather widget which would stay on notification area (a bit iOS like) ...Did manage find a few apps which did it, but all of them need to have the temperature icon on my status bar, which i dont like....
is there any way i could get the weather in notification without adding on the status bar icon.!
any tips please?
AOKP rom has a simple weather text in notification header.

I'm with Verizon and currently (due to lack of FW updates) switch between CM12 base and Sense 4.4.4
Anyways, I can't stand all the icons that take up the status bar in Sense, especially ones like the Network Extendor Indicator icon! I've been looking all over the place using SQLite and can't seem to find a way to disable this icon. Anybody know what I can try? Thanks
Wondering if there's any way to do this, I've tried super status bar but it looks really bad on home without transparency imo. I just hate the default LG 4g and Signal bars lol wondering if there's any way to change it with root access
