You are on a dangerous brick-bug kernel and you mustn't flash any other Rom directly. This is how to do it:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=30182739&postcount=6909
Replace 'Asylum' in this little instruction with 'CM10'.

I meant the version of Clock Work Mod which you use to flash the ROMS. You need to do some more reading if you still can't figure what is CWM..

Yup, install from zip. The software is called CWMR. Can you try flashing the covenant kernel from the dev forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1569628&d=1355715788

Just flash the jb rom and kernel. Reboot and see if you get the network. If not then revert to your ICS, until you can try again and provide logcat..

I would suggest you to stick to ICS for now, as no baseband can be quite major issue. Search the forums to find out how to provide logcat...
I would also suggest a backup of the EFS before you play anymore with flashing ROM's etc. There is a sticky in the dev threads for the same.

[Q] Install Jelly Bean onto HTC One V?

Hi, first of all I'm a noob. Second of all, I've been looking through some guides online on how to install Jelly Bean but they all haven't been very clear. I've already managed to unlock and root my phone and I'm trying to flash stock Jelly Bean rom onto it.
So, are there any good guides on how to do it? Thanks for your time.
Flash stock jelly bean? You normally get that if HTC released JB for your device...if it didnt flash a custom ROM which is running JB.. Just go to forums-ur device- pick a JB rom that suits you and instructions will be provided for sure, and flash it... Good luck m8

Thanks for the help! I finally found a tutorial (androidauthority.com/one-v-gsm-aokp-jelly-bean-rom-120690/) that made sense in the mean time, though. Hopefully it works!

Ah, I feel like going for CM10. Is there any instructions on how to do this because there doesn't seem to be any step by steps in the thread?

You're CDMA or GSM? Either way download the Rom.zip that the thread provides (here in XDA) place it on your device, make sure you extract the boot.img, reboot to recovery, wipe everything, install CM10.zip and also the Google Apps.zip
This made all the difference for me my first time.

There is too many way to flash custom recovery. For that you can use my signature (there is a link for CWM).
And if you need to know about custom recovery then read these Tutorial - 1, Tutorial - 2, Tutorial - 3 or use search option on XDA.
fine

Just flash the gapps via CWM (same as ROM flashing)
All instruction are available on that thread. If you have any question regarding CM11 on WFS then you need to read thoroughly that thread.

bro these are outdated. especially 1st one. the dev tells it evn on last side-
let me give you a advice. if you want someting stable use a -not abodonned KK- rom. (4.4)
-Cyanogenmod 11, i think the best, givinng most stable, but still very custumizable builds
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2545354
all the other roms have more bugs, & no new release. see the LX changelog what you would miss.

happy flashing. just dont forget kernel flash & full fromat all partitions.:good:
