Can't use developer unlock with edu mail

I'm trying to do the tutorial posted here, but when I try to set my school to "Chandler/Gilbert Community College", it doesnt appear in the list:

I am sorry to have to make a thread asking, but I can not find a .ftf anywhere, I thought there was a thread with a list of firmwares but I can't see it either.
Could someone post a link to a generic one please thanks :laugh:
